THE WAY THAT I RELATE TO THIS 🥺 I feel like anxiety has been more normalized now thanks to Alisha and Niki and other influencers, I feel like anxiety is always paired with depression, but like (for me) I don’t have depression, but like much anxiety, I love how we are finally normalizing this. Ok bye 😭💀

Please dont get me wrong I just hope that if you really struggle with this, seek help!

Anxiety is the absolute worst. It can be so paralyzing at times. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I know how hard and confusing it can be to go through these ups and downs. It’s admirable how open you are about your journey and the fact that you are getting professional help. For so many it can be seen as weak or embarrassing to seek help but I truly believe it takes massive balls to actually reach out and get the help plus talk about it openly! I think EVERYONE can benefit from counseling or therapy no matter if they are struggling with mental health or not. Thank you again for being so vulnerable and open with us 🙏🏽💛

Thank you so much for this.. tonight I just got home and I was with some friends and had a horrible anxiety attack around all of them. They don’t understand anxiety so it was a difficult moment. I’ve been struggling with it bad for almost 4 months now daily for hours. It’s been draining me and literally crushing me and my sanity. Thank you for talking about this cause it reminded me that I’m not alone and that people actually understand how I feel daily. And the “it’s just anxiety” is what I’m going to try to tell myself. Cause you’re right it’s not real what you’re worried about but it makes it feel so beyond real. So thank you for that and I hope I can use that to get better. As someone who struggles with social anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, ocd and ptsd, seeing my favorite content creator be so open an honest is refreshing. My life isn’t perfect in fact it’s quite imperfect. But knowing I’m not alone is so comforting. Thank you alisha for being so open and real. I appreciate it more than you will ever know

You don’t even know how much I needed to hear this. I was told this week that I should start with medication, which it was a shock to me, although I know that I have anxiety that literally paralyzes me. And is so nice to know that the medication was helped you, cuz u know is so much easier to find people talking shit about this, and saying how it didn’t work for them. It made me a lot more comfortable. ♥️

I feel the EXACT same way. I’ve never had anxiety til this year, I had an allergic reaction to shrimp and my throat was closing. Now I have anxiety that I won’t be able to breathe or my throat will close no matter what I eat. This made me feel so much better knowing I’m not the only one with heath anxiety, thank you so much i love you.💗

That singing tip is so helpful! I moved away from home so dealing with my attacks on my own has been a little difficult. Thank you for being open and sharing your tips! ❤️

I have not been diagnosed with anxiety, but I do have moments where I just feel overwhelmed and lost... I music has helped me %100 just to sit back and listen to it as well and regulate my breathing 🙇‍♂️ thank you Alisha for sharing your struggles so we don't feel alone 💗💗

I have so much respect towards Alisha for opening up since that is a reminder that I am not the only one who is struggling and we could be brave and ask for help since it is something easier said than done but it personally helps me to see someone doing it in order to encourage myself to do the same. Always thankful for u queen ❤️

Thank you for talking about this. I too have bad anxiety to the point my chest gets tight and it’s hard to breath. I thought I was having heart problems which caused me more anxiety. It was difficult to figure out if it was a heart attack or anxiety. So hearing that this happens to other ppl made me feel better

THANK YOU ALISHA SO MUCH this really helped me a lot. back in 2019 when I was a senior in high school I also had the same thoughts of feeling like I was having a health problem but in reality, it was me overthinking everything, and seeing your understanding and having that same issue really help me understand that not everybody is alone thank you so much Alisha opening up this really helped me and so many others love you girl
