    I did keto and lost 60lbs in 7 months then started carb cycling once I hit my weight goal. 5 to 6 days keto then 1 to 2 days with carbs but not a ton. Still try to stay away from sugar though

    Hahah omg I was the exact same about Olives!! Finally found some that are nice. I also used to eat chicken nuggets and chips on the reg w some Tommy K, but then realised I need to start eating properly and not like a child 😆
