    I do this workout before I go on my treadmill. I went from 155lbs to 130 in 2 1/2 months and I’ve never felt so in shape and confident than I do now. So if you’re wondering, YES this really works and tones you unbelievably. Combine with eating healthy and you can’t go wrong.

    Anna, I LOVE every single workout video you do - you don't talk too much, all the workouts and trainers you work with PERFECTLY CUE EVERYTHING which is so huge and so many don't do it. And, best of all - no matter if it's a 5-minute workout you do or a 20, you kick my butt and feel it. A 20-minute workout is a luxury for me so I really appreciate the effectiveness!

    Lately, my attention span has been quite short, and I find that I get bored with longer workouts. Still, I need to get my 1 hour + of Cardio/Strength training in every day. My solution has been to combine shorter workouts together back-to-back to equal 1 hour. Thank you for these shorter videos!

    they make these workouts look so easy, and then when I do it I feel like my knees are going to break lol but i love this channel... they are challenging but beginner friendly.

    I love working with Anna she is a good insentive for me and can modifive any workout and when I have been sick it is not too much so I don't over do and get sick again mainly in the winter months in Vermont love Anna's workouts they hit all body parts

    Anna, you ROCK! Wow. However, I think you need assistants who are better at showing modifications for you, and as mentioned before, better form. I'd like to apply for that job please.     hehe loved this video! got to try new moves that werent hard. LOVE LOVE the tips you always give. theyre VERY helpful. especially when correcting placement/form because its hard to look at oneself while working out and its essential that the form is correct. thank you for the great videos. always looking forward to the next one!

    I had to share; I usually workout before I let my kids get up in the morning, but today I let them get up while I worked out. Anna was telling us not to stick our butts in the air in plank and my ten year old son started to giggle and proceeded to run to the back of the house and tell the rest of the kids. Ha! This is the perfect quick workout!
