Season End Update - 2023

Quick update and season end update video. In 2023 we demolished three mobile homes and a camper and managed to clean up a lot of the property. We have one more large building to remove and to start the process to build a small legal dwelling.

Hi, I’m going to be going off grid on some property I own in The San Luis Valley. I grew up there and have been gone 50+ years.

I’m thinking of building a 16’ x48’ one bed/ one bath home out of 2” x 6” studs, 24 gauge steel roof and T111 siding. Btw I’m 74 now, we all have our dreams. I’ll be using solar and the property already has a well. I checked with the county on building codes & permits, I should be ok as long as everything is inspected.
