  • This recipe is one of the simplest, yet tasty ways to do wings. Here's what you'll need:
Remember, you can find all the rubs and sauces at www.houndhogsbbqsupply.com!
    - A Hasty Bake Legacy or other charcoal grill
    - Royal Oak Lump Charcoal
    - Chicken Wings
    - Boar's Night Out Spicy White Lightning All Purpose Rub
    - Heavy Smoke Black Label Rub
    - Peachy Peach Habanero Rib Candy
Start by trimming your wings depending on which type you buy. Put down a layer of Spicy White Lightning and Heavy Smoke. Once you season the wings, go start your grill. We use the Hasty Bake Legacy because it gives us great control over the fire. With grilled wings, you want some char, but it can get out of hand quick and turn into burnt wings.
Direct heat is important, but don't cook too fast. Once they are almost done, start glazing your wings with the Rib Candy. Do this as many times as you like. The wings are done when they reason 190-200 degrees internal temperature.

@@marcusskidmore7290 I’m considering it next year. How much validity do
You give to planting hotter peppers next to less hot peppers and making them hotter?

@@HoundHogsOutdoors If they cross pollinated and you then grew plants from their seeds then yeah, there's a chance. Just having hot peppers next to less hot peppers won't make the less hot peppers hotter. That's not how plants work.
