  • There's nothing better than a juicy steak. Todd shows you how to make the perfect T-Bone steak on the Blackstone Griddle.
    T-bone Steak and Parsley Potatoes recipe: blackstoneprod...
    Ingredients
    4 T-bone steaks
    24 oz mini red potatoes
    Cooking oil
    Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
    Blackstone Blackened Steak Seasoning
    OR salt, pepper, and garlic powder
    1/4 cup butter (half a stick)
    Fresh parsley, chopped
    Directions
    1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to high heat.
    2. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half. Place the potatoes on the griddle top, spray with water, and cover with a Blackstone basting cover or griddle hood.
    3. Check the potatoes every few minutes and add more water as needed to continue steaming them. The potatoes need to cook under the basting cover for at least 20 minutes.
    4. Once the potatoes are soft and can be easily pierced with a fork, remove the basting cover. Season them with Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning (or salt, pepper, and garlic powder) and chopped fresh parsley.
    5. both sides of the steaks with oil and season them with Blackstone Steakhouse and Blackened Steak seasonings (or salt, pepper, and garlic powder).
    6. Drizzle oil on the griddle and place the steaks on the griddle. Flip each steak over when the first side is seared.
    7. When the steaks are almost done, melt the butter on the griddle and dip both sides of the steaks in the simmering butter.
    8. Remove the steaks from the griddle when they reach your desired level of doneness.
    9. Enjoy the T-bone steaks with the parsley potatoes.

      Yes but it's better if served with cooked rice
      If you have out of rice in a plate but still have a steak and potatoes in your plate is you can get another cup of rice until you get full hehehe it depends on you

    Good cook with the steaks, using the cover with the taters is a technique that I had not used before, i was quartering them, so they cook faster but I like your dome method,

    I never put steak sauce on my steak, but I love it on potatoes. I, however, would have sauteed some mushrooms as well!

    Dude...I smoke mine on my pellet grill to 115. Let them rest for 15 minutes. I light the afterburners on my Blackstone to finish. Give it a go! Great content.

    There are a lot of seasonings that I cannot handle anymore since I've had my gallbladder taken out. I still use salt and pepper and quite frankly, I am a big fan of just using that. But I can use parsley and I have used butter to cook my steaks. Every now and then I use season salt. That doesn't bother me too much. Straight up garlic or onion powder I cannot handle. I am 65 and it seems the older I get, my stomach just gets more sensitive. But man, those steaks look awesome.

    I've got a unused tub of that blackened steak seasoning in the cabinet I've been to scared to use on a steak. I'll be going for it next time I got a steak on. Looks great!

    Hey, Todd!!! You know I’m sensitive to spice [like the “hot” tongue/throat-burning type]…. So, would you please tell me what level “blackened” is when it comes to fish-some of you guys’ recipes-steak, etc.? I’m afraid to buy any of those seasonings because of that… how much “kick” is there? I know I know, it’s subjective… But, there’s GOTTA be a standard measure SOMEHOW…
