The midcard titles have come so far, we´re ending the Summer with Bron Breakker and LA Knight as IC and US champs. Triple H managed to make midcard titles so important.
Drew is winning MITB. During the championship main event, Drew is on the verge of cashing in during the main event with Seth and Damian, but Punk interferes, costing Drew his opportunity. This distraction also affects Seth, allowing Damian to retain the title. This sets up a perfect scenario for a triple threat match at SummerSlam: Drew vs Punk vs Rollins. The triple threat match will intensify the feud between all three competitors and create an exciting dynamic. Meanwhile, this frees up Gunther to challenge Damian for the title at SummerSlam and win.
I would scream if instead of Punk costing Drew AJ showed up and tipped the ladder like she did Cena.
Online if AJ leads a TNA take over, but that's too early for main roster, but NXT........... AJ vs Trick! AJ wins NXT title. Obama vs Nick Neamith and Joe Hendry tripple threat, Oba goes over.

It is very unlikely that Jacob Fatu will be at Money in the Bank: it happened when he was still a minor, but he was convicted and did time for armed robbery.
He can apply for a pardon from the Canadian government but because it was a violent crime it could potentially take years to resolve and he may still never be allowed to enter the country.

Jey winning money in the bank could factor into the bloodline. If for example, Solo were to cheat and beat Cody, maybe Jey cashes in on Solo and he's brought back into the storyline.
As for the Priest vs Rollins match, I see Priest hitting the south of heaven on Finn after Finn gets involved, and then Finn costs Priest the match at Summerslam

Seth wins that belt. The better scenario is Finn “accidentally” causes Priest to lose. Seth is champ and instead of it being a sad situation for Priest to be out of judgement day, Finn takes it as his opportunity with Rhea and Priest out to assert authority as a title holder and they not only lose Damien but they jump him out. All of them. Dom is tired of him talking to Rhea behind his back, Finn doesn’t like the control his asserting, JD had never liked him because of his mistreatment and he’s going to side with Finn, and Carlito is gonna side with the group. If you want to see if Priest can really establish himself as a maineventer by himself, let him feud with Balor (who could also blame him for costing him the title more than once) and go from there.

I don't think Jimmy's return will have Cody, Orton, and Owens win. However, I think Jimmy getting beaten by Solo will draw Jey back to Reigns. To the original Bloodline, even if it is only a temporary alliance.

My guess is Jey wins MITB and inserts himself in the match at Summerslam to make it a triple threat. Priest is slowly going face but doesn't have the fans behind him for that yet, and Gunther is a heel. They'll need an over babyface for the crowd to get behind.
