You and your viewers are so conditioned to joke at the expense of Dave's star ratings that its interesting to see what happens when you both basically agreed on everything.

About the only time I mock Dave's ratings is when he gives a positive score to a match style he doesn't care for...that's just blatantly lying to appease fans of that style. These were never objective ratings they were HIS PERSONAL ratings. If you think a 5* deathmatch is 1 star because you hate death match wrestling even though what was on screen was the best of this match type you hate then you give it 1 star and not 5 stars.
I totally got the 12 inch reference because I watch all your videos and I like them 😅😅

Can't reaplce Meltzer until you know what on Earth that ZSJ submission was. The fact Meltzer had a name for that submissions deep historian knowledge. But well done Steve on being aligned. Twitter will soon trend your ratings on Monday mornings.

@@GorillaMon541it just invalidates every score below it now because they need to be reevaluated. If there’s no top score on your ratings then there’s no point in having them.
It's basically like adjusting for inflation as pro wrestling has changed so much and the scale matches were being rated on in the 80s are not the same standard as today
@@superlegoman2003they don’t do that with movies (which is where the ratings came from) or tv shows or games.
The Godfather is still rated as one of the best movies ever
