I think Tony Khan starting a wrestling company is a canon event. He became a fan in the 1990s and his daddy is a billionaire, so he was always going to have the money to play real life TEW. So regardless of who is a free agent, a Tony Khan secondary promotion would happen.

I'm glad Larson gave some pushback to the Kevin Owens-Mox Comparison. Yes, KO is essentially the same character, but there are subtle shifts and while for the most part he's played similarly, he has been flexible in the Face-Heel-Inbetweener Role. He's played straight Heel, and he's played Babyface. He's definitely Face-leaning now and has been for a while, but it's just a matter of time before KO explodes again and becomes the bad guy when he needs to.
