Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

And in the last few seconds of the scene, it shows that atleast in my opinion that Gus when cleaning the final scraps of leftovers and threw the paper perfectly in the trash bin, he was satisfied and smiled. In putting the right context, he may atleast know that there are people whom are innocent and may be using them as an alibi for witnessing that he's just a legitimate business man but when it comes to the right mind, seeing he maybe cared for the employees and said to them that they can go home now and Lyle being loyal is a sign for people that has actual respectable leader that actually cares for his workers. And knowing people will say this that he killed Victor and he's basically subtle when being ruthless to people whom are presumably his enemies if needed at the right times. Plus Victor maybe loyal but he was incompetent and Walt saying things to help him being alive but he has a point that people that have no right skills for the right job have no right to be in the job. He only shows ruthlessness to people that harm him and his workers and his business being a collateral damage if needed. Sorry if I messed up something in my theory that supports this fine lad here that Gus is a effective and respectable leader and an anti hero.
