I prefer to train early morning either 4:30 or 5:00 am. I then do two additional evening sessions a week with my coaches, I find my days where I train twice a day I nail my nutrition knowing I have to be doing everything right to get best out of two sessions. Loving the content!

Best results I've had; 1 hour 'bro split" at 4 or 5 a.m. ,then a 1 hour full body circuit with my wife after she gets off work at 5 p.m. usually had a couple days rest in the week somewhere because of kids' events. My early morning workout is always at home, so I can just roll out of bed and train without having to waste time traveling. I've picked up enough equipment over the years I can get a decent workout.

@@theotherwhitemeat7652 it is the wrong advice, body builders and how they eat / train is incredibly unhealthy, they die almost 50% more than people in their same peer group, meaning a guy sitting on his couch eating donuts right now is going to outlive jay cutler. the point of nutrition and fitness is longevity.

Have to say this is one of the best advice from Jay (I have tried to tell my son's this for years and now I showed them this video they believe me..lol) , if you train twice a day you need a lot of rest and large amount of food. I train once a day now that I turned 50, but I still try and get all my meals in and then train after work for about no less then an hour and no more then 2 hours. For me that's fasted steady state cardio on my spin bike at home upon waking then resistance training at 5. Cardio is 7 days a week and resistance training 4-5 days. On the weekend it's just cardio then yard or house work. Active recovery time with my family basically. Works best for me.

On the off day i do 90 mins cardio. i initially started the diet as i was just too over weight and it was pissing me off. So i dropped 20 kilo in two months doing that and now i just enjoy it more and the crazy thing is this.. i have way more energy for eating less food.
