The first video, where the guy gets out of his car and smashes the windscreen of the impatient motorist behind him reminds me of an incident that happened to me in Ukraine. I was driving carefully along a side street as there were a lot of school kids coming out of their school and running across the road to a park. The guy behind me didn't approve of my caution so overtook me, blocked my car with his, got out and started punching the bonnet of my car, leaving large dents. He then got back into his car and drove off.
