I actually am kind of optimistic, he’s had 70 years to obeserve his mother and for sure has taken some notes. In any case we won’t be expecting that long a reign and judging by the decisions the UK has made of late perhaps a voice of common sense in general would be helpful... Controveries aside, he spoke about organic food well before it was popular so certainly not the worst example of him using his voice. In any case other than for himself and his duty he also is doing it for his son to give him the time to take it all in before it will eventually be his time as well.

I am an American and haven’t learned much about the monarchy. Charles likely has been taught how to do this since he was a child. So it only makes sense that he’d be a decent king . Having been linked to the Green Energy policies which much of the public is also likely to blame for their misery will not help him. Also, an extravagent coronation next spring or summer after a winter of suffering would only add to his difficulties, no matter how cost efficient and trimmed down, it would never be enough to satisfy critics. And, not in the least, the children love to take hold of the home that is left, see?
I've had an elderly friend, living rural, whose neighbors were ordered by their children to live closer to where they were, in a city. What was the opinion of their 2 grandchildren, attending primary school? "We don't want to see grandma and granddad, they're such weird old people!" How about child education? Ughhh...
