- In this week's Dirty Dining, roaches and repeat offenders. The infestation that shut down a local Japanese restaurant, plus a food truck that seems to be trying to start a Dirty Dining dynasty. It's been on our show five times in the last six years.

It's so sad that ktnv removed the Dirty Dining segment from the tv line up. I looked forward to watching it each Wednesday. It is rare that I would go on line to see it. KTNV, please reconsider taking it off.
The first people in this video treat Darcy Spears as though she's lying about roaches. If an anchor person says something that isn't true he/she could lose his/her job. Therefore, you know you're in trouble if Darcy Spears shows up at your restaurant.
Anchor people can lie without losing their job. Obviously Darcy was telling the truth in this video and had the proof on her phone, but being an anchor on TV isn't like being a judge. I'm surprised by the number of thumbs up your comment received. I hope everyone doesn't just blindly believe anything they hear from an anchor person on the news. For the people who like either CNN or Fox News... how do you explain either one saying different things on a subject, from what the other one is saying? Or what about the 'Iraq has weapons of mass destruction' stuff? I'm saying all of that only to point out that anchors can lie and keep their jobs, and that a lot of the time them telling specific lies on air is the only way they can keep their jobs. I hope no one blindly believes all anchors tell the truth at all times while on the air, just by the nature of them being anchors. These are people who went into show business as a career to support themselves, and if they are told to lie to stay in tv news show business, many them will.
This Asian guy was so disrespectful to Darcy! What a liar 🤥! I would NEVER eat there and any Asian restaurant like his!

I appreciate what you do. It is a great service across the country which locals can do. I must object to your statement @545ish that a restaurant threw out over 4000 lbs of food. I would really like to see the source of your claim that the inventory of the restaurant was OVER 4000 lbs, and that it was merely, "food". What kind of food did they hold in expired conditions, and please break down the 4000 lbs. in more detail. I have worked in about a dozen restaurants. I don't recall 1 having over 4000 lbs on site at once, and especially I do not recall a time when even 1000 lbs. was allowed to spoil.

I am currently working at Kuben as an employee and I can tell the pictures in this video are altered to look the restaurant dirty using a noisy, low resolution image. Behind the bar, Kuben is extremely clean and crisp, and is far from so called "dirty dining". If you visit this Dirty Dining webpage, you could tell they mostly chase Asian or Mexican restaurants to frame those restaurants as "dirty". This is extremely unfair practice to most of the restaurants who have been featured in this click-bait show.
