Nowadays people always bring their personal life into their channels which is fine but they can't stop or their follower base will die. So they tell anything they can to the public which just spreads into rumours and then allegations n stuff
What's fun was CZcams response they gave her. Apparently since she wasn't technically hacked they won't reinstate her channel. So everyone please make sure Team CZcams understands that this is ridiculous.

Tbh, I don't think Twitter is bad because it's all depending on which part of it your on.
I don’t use either. Facebook takes wayyy to much of your personal information and basically goes through everything in the backend of your life even things that are in your head

I want to start off by saying I am NOT blaming her for giving him the login info; however many people who want to make content for a living don't understand that this should be treated no different than your employee login for a company. I'm a CPA and my lady and I have been together 7 years and she doesn't even know my work computer log in, NO ONE ever will.

Basically his argument is "I bought her stuff, so I didn't abuse her."
Even if Omnia's allegations are partially true or false. It's obvious they had a volatile relationship. Although I never agreed with Omnia, did watch them a long time ago. They don't deserve to be hurt, nor abused. I hope they can get their channel back. (Just learned of their pronouns)
Former law enforcement and criminologist here, he does deserve jail time but it's not likely at all. He is a first time offender, this isn't a prolific offence (light to moderate bruising), and he is pretty young. He'll likely be out, offered a plea to shorten the length of the trial unless Omnia can get a good prosecutor and even then it would be an uphill battle to get him into prison. Jail? Maybe if he can't make bail but only until his trial.
Any time served in jail waiting for his trial would be considered, btw, in sentencing.
Legally if you purchase and gift property, it is now that person's property.
UPDATE. Kai has been arrested for VIOLATING the protective order.

Stockholm syndrome is one of the reasons some victims don't leave their abusers but in this situation he doesn't seem like the victim.

as a business major, i have to take some law and ethics classes. one of the first things we went over in my law class was that when you give someone something as a gift, then legally, ownership transfers from the gift giver to the gift receiver. it’s theirs. so his whole argument with the stealing falls flat there too

People that do this kind of thing are usually trying to compensate for something, because they're weak and they know it and because of that, the paranoia slaughters them. Folks that just chill out don't have anything to prove. They don't need race cards or bogus allegations or any of that. Again they have nothing to prove.
Kai just needs to get torn up by someone much bigger than he is. A nice helping of humble pie would calm his ego down. Had a look at information and it looks pretty solid. With Kai’s response it can be proven he did put his hands on omnia and steal items from her . Worst part is he really can’t defend basically deleting her career (Twitter & CZcams ) and then locking her stuff . All I can say is either way it’s only a matter of time before the arrest then investigation. This is a tragic turn of events and hope it does not happen again .

As far as the legality of taking things back there is the case on record of a man demanding a antique engagement ring that had been in his family for two or three generations that he gave to a girl when the engagement was broken off he asked for his back and was told to get stuffed. The courts allowed the girl to keep the ring.

I’m not gonna say anything is for certain, because despite the one sided situation we’ve had the exact same run and gun over and over again and it’s practically a complete toss up as to who is actually telling the truth, I have no doubt that Kai is a scumbag. But from what I’ve seen Omnia isn’t exactly a good person either.
I'm guessing it's not always possible to leave an abuser. Cases exist of people murdering their exes for leaving them (George Remus did it, confessed to the crime, and still got off free).

I understand what you say, but seeing as he did say the bruises on omnia was self defense, id like to not support hearsay. Maybe claw marks, or maybe just dm's showing omnia threatening him before or something, doesnt need to be injuries. Legally you cannot take back gifts. Once you fork it over to the gift recipient, they have legal ownership of it-not the gift giver, the gift recipient.
I dislike the take that “he could have just left” as that could just as easily have been said to Omnia in regards to how bad it got (not her fault, but just as an example as to why the argument doesn’t work) but other than that, great video. Good to bring awareness to this.

Ehh, yea but ultimately it's up to the abuse victim to make the 1st step and leave the relationship. I know there's Stockholm syndrome and fear of being killed by the abuser, but you have to find the courage to, at the very least call for help.
@@controlman7490 I would say the best thing to do in a scenario where your being abused is to get a few friends or police to make sure your safe while either getting your stuff or the abusers stuff out.
Its always hard to speak up, but once even one friend knows, it will go through the grapevine as long as you let it

Hey I had a psycho GF, we got into a huge argument one night and she kept hitting me in the back and chest and I just refused to hit her I called the cops and she ran off then after like an hour she was back, told her through the door that I threw all of her stuff in the dumpster and that I didn't want anything to do with her anymore.
Then she literally started hitting and kicking my door.
So I said I'd call the cops again, lots of cussing to the door on her end but she left and I haven't seen her again since and I haven't felt better.
Judge Judy has made it clear MANY times that gifts are not a loan.

I've been caught in one of these situations, not saying I've been caught in this. I had to to fight to show my Innocence. if that would happen to you, you don't know what you would do. I will agree you shouldn't fight a woman. what I'm saying, is you haven't been in this real situation where a woman blames you for things. you can't show bruises. Cause it's different. You don't have to know, others do. My girlfriend ran into the wall, constantly to show marks. I tried to hold her down so she wouldn't hurt herself, but again, my bruises on her arms, said I did something thing wrong. She threw me into the wall against glass pictures. Again, I'm not trying to help this guy....but your ego can't handle this either. She told everyone I was the aggressor...it wasn't true. But they believed her

He's proven himself to be dangerous and an abuser, to the point that he's been sent to jail twice within a week.

I was just explaining that Optimus calls out the lie that Kai said "it was an act of self-defense, this's been something that's happened". Asking "Why didn't you end things then?" is a perfect way of showing that it's such a mistake that Kai wouldn't make

I noted going through the "evidence" Kai showed of reciepts for the items had no dates. Reciepts have dates and he cropped them out. For all we know he put those I'm a shopping cart or made the reciepts.

Honestly, I remember a few months back that they had a Twitter fight during the Texas snow storm. She left him at a hotel and she said she did that because he was being abusive. And he said he was being falsely accused. And he made her look like a bad person for leaving him during the storm alone. But he was stranded.
Then I remember they deleted the whole thing. That was a huge red flag for anyone who was paying attention that day
