Really ever since seeing my parents go through the long, tedious process of a divorce, one of my main goals in life is to have a much more successful relationship. An ex I lost back in May due to her cheating made me wake up to red flags. I absolutely refuse to be manipulated into paying rent for someone who makes me feel bad about myself and sleeps at other guy's houses as some kind of "threat". However I've literally been on one date in between this summer and now when I was usually the dating type. Sometimes it's healthy to take a break from dating and wait for when the time is right. Toxic influences like Brittany come across as feminine role models and more women will take advantage of what she has in other hard working men like PJ. It's the sad truth, but it's better to be happy single than disillusioned in happiness in an unstable relationship.
