- Currently now owned by Scottish Power who failed to get permission to demolish it, this farm and house remains home to nothing other than insects and Peziza domiciliana.
To whom it may concern: We do not break an entry. Should we be unable to gain access through means of getting through an already open space, we walk away. We take nothing but footage and leave nothing but footprints. We are storytellers portraying the tale of an abandoned place, some locations depicting a sad one which may leave some viewers passionate or disgruntled. We mean no disrespect to the locations we visit or the people once connected to them.
We enter derelict structures at our own risk. Civil trespass, also known as "simple trespass", is not a criminal offence in Scotland. Police get involved if there's a possibility that an offence has been committed such as refusal to leave (breach of the peace), fire, physical damage or theft etc all of which we avoid as that isn't our intention. Speaking of which, we are of course not responsible for those who get into bother by visiting any of the places we've been to nor do we encourage it.
In the event that anyone posts negative, close-minded or ridiculous comments, they wont be approved and you will be blocked from future commenting, so don't be a dick and waste your time.

OK, I've watched the whole video now. Just amazing! Cool shadow effects at 4:20. You certainly chose the right gear for this location; is it the dampest place you've been to? How much fungi growing on the walls and creepy crawlies about the place! I'm not surprised you were testing each stair as you went up the staircase. @@MonsieurBrideau Yea it certainly does seem the most wet and rotting of locations we've encountered so far. There were two staircases in this house, the other was FAR too risky to attempt as brave /or stupid lol as we are at times to go that wee bit further. Yea our gear needs a good wash now, covered in grass pollen! (That sounds wrong hahahaha) From walking through it of course lol Thanks again Mr.

@@VirginSuicide77 That reminded me of the day that we explored an abandoned house that the kids had set on fire. Fortunately we were wearing harness boots, so we were able to get along the burning passage, but the guys were worried about attempting the staircase due to the higher flames.
I still remember when one of the guys who joined us said to my friend and I,
"Go for it, your jeans are heavy cowhide leather".
I later had to use my leather jeans to snuff the ends of one of the guys smouldering Wranglers out.
Would you have risked wrecking your denim jeans and the embers on your shirts to explore a burning house if we were all in leather to put you out.

I've visited this place. SUNNYSIDE? It's amazing inside. I remember once I had to hide in the corner of a dark room because I thought someone had also entered the building. Turned out it was the rain. Haha LOVE THIS!

If you are worried about the condition of a stairway - walk at the edge, the centre will have no support
We did that in the “Gair witch” house video that we filmed back in October. Not sure if you’ve seen it! That staircase was terrible!
