- Standing and inhabiting for almost 200 years, this building now lies empty, with the owner's clothing, furniture and documentation dishevelled inside.
To whom it may concern: We do not break an entry. Should we be unable to gain access through means of getting through an already open space, we walk away. We take nothing but footage and leave nothing but footprints. We are storytellers portraying the tale of an abandoned place, some locations depicting a sad one which may leave some viewers passionate or disgruntled. We mean no disrespect to the locations we visit or the people once connected to them.
We enter derelict structures at our own risk. Civil trespass, also known as "simple trespass", is not a criminal offence in Scotland. Police get involved if there's a possibility that an offence has been committed such as refusal to leave (breach of the peace), fire, physical damage or theft etc all of which we avoid as that isn't our intention. Speaking of which, we are of course not responsible for those who get into bother by visiting any of the places we've been to nor do we encourage it.
In the event that anyone posts negative, close-minded or ridiculous comments, they wont be approved and you will be blocked from future commenting, so don't be a dick and waste your time.

You braved a night time visit; he music just adds to the eeriness. It was good that you included the old photographs showing the place when it was in use. Love those black shiny trousers and the sound of the leather boots are just mint!

The light at 13:07 is looking very nice. Something of decay and "good old times". Oh... and until 11:41 I thoght someone had forgot his underwear. But yes there is underwear :-)

Shame such a building that's stood for that amount of time has been left to go to wreck and ruin. Sure you caught an orb as well about the 13.23 mark as you moved away from the window in the bedroom. Hey Lads good to see you both thanks again for another awesome video ! i do enjoy the night time excurtions , great location very interesting backstory on the history of the school with photos !! , hot leathers and jock as well lads ;) Also unless i was mistaken 13;25 mins into the video i spotted what appeared to be two orbs float past the camera ! when you enter the room with the room with wardrobe with mirrored door you spot them move past the camera ! thanks again :)

Interesting place I have some observations
You said you believe the property has been abandoned since 2013 given the levels of decay I’d say your right in your comment regarding last owner being forced to leave as probably the house was already in serious decline
I’m somewhat confused about there no being a kitchen

I think we found (although don't quote us) that this is some form of tax relief effort, that should you completely remove the kitchen in an abandoned building then you are exempt from paying council tax - or something along those lines - some tax or payments of some sort, so that is what may have occurred here.

Yea, that did have a spooky vibe to it. I bet if you tried to provoke, you'd prob go home with some unexplained phenomena from there if you were open minded. However, we drove past this building again on our travels last August and found someone in the garden burning all the belongings inside and last we found was the building up for sale for £150,000. Whether it's now newly owned or still empty and for sale we do not know.
