Wow those are good reminders to keep going. I am eating potatoes for my high blood pressure. The potassium realy helps me. But I do have a big problem overeatting. I developed stomach problems and digestion is terrible. Although potatoes help my stomach feel better. I need to stop when I feel full or just right. It's hard to do with a busy life. It takes concentration to be on top of it. If I mess up I will try again. Thanks for the top 10 list! Things to look forward to instead of a tummy ache.😊
Wow that's fantastic that potatoes are helping with your blood pressure! If you're an overeater I highly recommend eating veggies with each potato meal, try eating them first. It might not help you with eating beyond satiety but adding in the veggies might help lower your overall caloric density.

Potato Wisdom For me am happy I have so much energy which makes it easy to do daily activities. I love to walk everyday too which I hated before. I agree about the boobs 😆 Hated them when I was big. And then there’s loving that I can eat healthy WFPB foods without feeling deprived ever and not worrying about gaining weight ever again. 😊
Energy and not feeling deprived -- those are fantastic benefits and so true for me too. I only gain when I start letting in the junk.
Getting up and down, gardening, cleaning, or picking up dropped stuff. Easier to roll over in bed and get out of bed. Shopping definitely. Improvement in neuropathy symptoms.
