Chef Alvin might be the Demon Chef but I think he’s really inspiring. Even when he’s annoyed or disappointed he still has something useful to say, some piece of constructive criticism that the cook can learn from.

It’s a shame April Lee Had to Go, I really liked everyone in this season, they were so sweet and Supportive to eachother, especially Mary She shared, Cheered, and took care of others In the season
Jeremy pretty much made a Filipino dish known as champorado. All he did to spice it up was add toppings like candied bacon and meringue.
Yeah, its pretty much your basic champorado though he cooked it off too much so that it reach "pudding like" consistency he can shape with a spoon

I just wanted to say that honestly, Masterchef Canada is way more laid back and wholesome than any other edition I’ve watched (America, Italy). Judges are never mean and I’ve rarely seen any open confrontations between contestants
