Personally for me, Terry & Jennifer had really good teamwork. Jennifer knew that Terry is really creative when it comes to creating dishes, so she let him take the lead. And Terry took the lead, and became a fantastic leader. But at the same time, Jennifer was ready to also take the blame if the dish didn't end up too well. That's dream work right there.
Exactly! She admitted that by trusting him, they'd have a better chance at winning. She also knew that if the dish ended up being bad, well she cooked a big part of it. So even if it was Terry's idea, Jennifer would've been to blame as well for cooking it the wrong way. It's amazing to witness such a good synergy between human beings.

He had the highest peaks of anyone in the season I think
He also had one of the worst fails ever which was putting the wrong stuffing

It mostly depends on the country of origin of the pork, but yes, in first-world countries I think it's now universally safe to cook it to 145°F followed by a 3-minute rest.

I’m happy Mary won, but I would’ve been equally pleased if Jeremy won. I really liked Mary’s personality, and imo is very pretty in a unique unconventional way. I think her and Jeremy in the finale made sense. Imo Jeremy could’ve easily won if he had made 1 great main course instead of 4 mediocre ones.
