Trevor was smart to go to an amazing restaurant first instead of opening a restaurant yourself. You get a lot of experience and you become a lot better of a chef.
Indeed expirence is valuable also raising more confident is a good thing
Different honestly, opening a restaurant means you're a business owner. You use the title of a masterchef. But, working in restaurant means you just use yhe title in your CV, but use the skill of a masterchef more.

I really want season 7 to be like, when the winner is announced, continue and let the winner fight the 6 past winners. Imagine Eric, David, Mary, Trevor, Beccy and Jeniffer cooking all at the same time

What about a semi finalist and finalist redemption? , battle each other, ink máster made that In a season, first, normal chefs compete each other, then the program drop a finalist to compete each week with them
Or how about a whole MasterChef comp with just semi finalists and finalists
I like how Mary is just so bubbly and nice! She came in smiling and she was like “Hi! Hi! Hi!”. And when her ingredients were chosen she was like so excited!

I’d say David is the best chef out of all the past champions. Won almost every mystery box and always had amazing reviews.
