Due to the cost of lumber I power washed, stained, and added new skirting/rails to give this space a completely new look.

Yep he definitely resurrected and restored this deck..... So many people are too quick to completely demolish decks when they have great foundations...
I think 5 years is a conservative estimate.
Looks like 10 to 20 with minimal upkeep

Young man, you do great work 👏 Another excellent job. I will say I wondered why they (the homeowners) didn't remove all of that stuff under the upper part before you covered it up. But then you added the gate--thank goodness. All that pretty new stuff and what looks like some trash under it.
