- This backyard makeover was one of our most luxurious and modern projects we have ever built! The property sits right on the riverfront so we wanted to maximize the view from the patio, deck, and from the house. We built a two tiered deck off the house that leads down to a beautiful custom paver patio. The level of detail in the decking and the paver patio is one of our most involved and intricate yet. one question. How much did the materials cost? So I can guess that 3x for labor is about the total cost.

These are truly a sight to behold... very stunning work my friend. I really dig the pattern on the deck and how that flows so well into the pavers with that same consistent pattern, it's one thing to have a new deck that is functional but the design of this is just so so good. The lights in the steps make it a day or night deck and the grill having it's own space built into the deck make it where you don't have tons of stuff covering the entire surface of the deck. Beautiful work indeed.

Yeah I’m jealous that they’ve been able to get this many different humans all executing at the level of a project like this. When I do stuff like this I can’t let anyone else work on it because I feel there’s too much going on for anyone but myself to comprehend the layout and not have any “oops” moments.
@@CMCraftsman well, if you’re good at cutting brick and im not… you clearly gonna cut them and im gonna be placing them. Everyone on the field play in their range of skills to complete projects. A plan is a plan, if you cant read measurements, you clearly dont belong elsewhere than maybe cleaning.

Great time lapse videos for all Premier Outdoor Living projects. Many of the decks in these videos omit the need for handrails on deck stairs.
Permit or HOA requirements or not, I would still want a handrail to grab onto when climbing or stepping down from decks built above grade such as these.

Haha I really appreciate that Clint!! Honestly the biggest key to getting great photos is taking them right as the sun sets and taking your time to frame the shot. All the pictures are taken on my drone
