That's a good technique for the led over side leg stretch for the thighs. I can't do the it stood and have given up with that way.

I really like your exercises for over 50's. I'm 78 and am slowly reworking my body with stretch and walking. I would love it if you could create a 2nd version of any exercise that requires the knees. I can't get in my knees because of knee replacement and I would love to find an exercise to stretch out my legs and hips without applying pressure to the knee. Thanks.

Hi, I regularly watch your useful videos… in this 2nd stretch, I have muscle wear and tear in knee along with knee pain… should I do this ?
I just completed both hip replacement surgery April 17 and August 7...do you have videos for me ...or is it safe to do all of the tips you have shown us... thanks
This calf stretch has given me immense relief in both knees (bursitis 😐) and I have recommended your videos and your book to loads of friends because they've been so helpful to me. Weakened glutes are the serious issue I never knew I had! Thank you soooo much Will.

Love the videos. I do the quad and iliopsoas stretch kneeling, one leg on my couch, other holding on to the arm. I switch ends for the opposite leg. If I lean back holding on, my whole pelvic area stretches. I have taught this to several young people who look up smiling saying, WOW, that is a great stretch

The front of your pelvis was in such a beautiful straight line with your thigh on the calf stretch. I love to see beautiful technique.

These are great exercises to get going early. I usually follow up with chair-assisted sit-ups. Thanks for doing this. I am 70+ and in great need to improve my physical condition.
Yeah, I'm not doing the shoulder stretch, having torn both rotator cuffs in the past. I've seen that before on a body building channel, and it hurts just to look at. However, for those who got their doctor's green light, I suggest pressing on your forearm rather than the back of your hand, and especially if you have any wrist issues.
Hi Will, is it possible to to the hip flexor stretch and get the same benefit standing up with the other foot on a chair, as long as the angles are the same (without the bottom leg at 90 degrees like it would be on the floor?) And same with the quad stretch, but standing with my toe behind me on the bed and dipping the other knee (with my pelvis straight) to get a stretch? I'm working around my limitations! Many thank

With the calf stretch I don't feel it at my calf but only at the rear of the knee....even fiddling with leg positioning. What could I be doing wrong?

Good morning Will, what prompted you to become a physio?
Good morning - I've always been incredibly active, with a love for sports and personal fitness, and I began by studying sports science. I then wanted to use the knowledge and the skill I had built to specialise in physiotherapy to support those with sporting injuries. Since then, I have honed my specialism to support individuals over 50 as my goal is to ensure people can live happy, healthy, and active lives with as little pain as possible!
Will, wour skin looks like it has been airbrushed. Not a freckle, mole, blemish or scar!
