I’ve enjoyed watching and learning from all the videos I’ve viewed so far. Thank you. These are such great refreshers for me since I was an athlete in school many years ago. I was able to maintain very good strength and muscle mass until I hit 75! A tip for those that are younger…don’t let it slide. It’s so much haeder getting back into shape as you age!
Thanks so much for this 7 Core Strengthening Exercises and what’s good is I need not go to the gym 😁 Appreciate your generosity in sharing your expertise 👍❤️
Very many thanks Will for another great video, one which will benefit us all so much, especially for our back problems. Much appreciated
Will Harlow has probably the best Height-Weight-Proportioned Body I've ever seen. Incredible lower torso.
He’s pretty hot😊
I think many people are watching these videos to check him out actually,
@@eddihaskell HE'S THE hottest pt ON SOCIAL-MEDIA WITH THE HOTTEST LEGS!
Thanks Will. Your videos are great. Greetings from across the pond.

Thanks for all the informative videos you have done. They have been helpful. I have a question. Can I do these core exercises if I have diastasis recti?
Great core excersies,I'm happy doing them.should help with my swimming. Thank you. 👍
I'm pleased they've been helpful for you!
Hi Will, thank you so much for teaching us so patiently and in such detail . One thing I need to know is , are these core strengthening exercises good for people having bulging L4L5 disc ?
Thanks, I watched the video. I've had previous recommendations of not flattening the lower back due to it straightening the lordosis and straining discs which might be healing. What's your take on that? Could I also ask, are there any recommendations for exercises for those with Thoracic Scoliosis?
Good advice. I am not 50 yet, but having issues with a lower spine, I will take some inspiration. Thanks.
This is a great way to not injure myself. Thank you❤
These are the same exercises I did in rehab for an S1 L5 bulging disc
Very useful and manageable do you recommend it every day for all of the 7?
Hi thanks for the advice, could you please include pelvic floor muscle exercises as some of the videos that I have watched have had conflicting information .
yes please pelvic floor exercises
Will my daughter, the biologist, is in London at the moment, we are STEM, her mother in law lives behind Wimbleton 🎾 she camped in the backyard, said it was funny as there's a 1 min. delay between the growd and the tele (She's back to Montreal soon, I've reminded her she can camp here and listen to golfing!)
What about the biologist
@@dianapugh1534It seems we both have the same question
Hey this looks good. Is there an equivalent for people with acid reflux and a sliding hiatus hernia 🙏🏾
Will, thank you. Great job. I was wondering what you think of the value of isometric exercises? Cheers.
Isn't the 'core activation' just a pelvic tilt? or are you just doing a breathing technique here, more so contracting the abdominals?
Are the side planks bad if you have degenerative disks in lower back? I've been told for years I to reduce back pain by strengthening core but due to chronic pain fear I've developed fear of exercise at any little sensation. I also have stenosis in neck and shoulder problems. Just finished almost 2 years of frozen shoulder, close to a year each side. I'm terrified of getting it again.
I don’t really understand switching on your belly button. Is it pulling your stomach in & making sure your back is flat on the floor, bed, etc.?
Sir in the 4th exercise when I am rasing my leg in table top position and tapping down position, I am feeling more on my thighs than in my core. Where am i going wrong .please reply ..
G'day, my son and his girlfriend are both nurses, she's suggested that I probably only needed to strengthen my core!
Ah everyday I plan on starting it with the plank and everyday it is successfully avoided! ❤
Another CZcams video said the bird dog is dangerous for any one who’s had lower back issues . Leg should only be just of the ground, so the back arm and leg are one straight line. A mirror or an observer would help !
Holy cow...
I recently heard about how *Walking Backwards* is a good exercise. Has anyone heard such❓
Not a doctor, but I've never seen an athlete do it. I know it's very annoying at the gym when people do this, because they inevitably run into everyone. I've seen it on the treadmill, but i don't think it's of much use.

Thank you for sharing❗💐
100% Alyssa Kuhn PT Dr. on yt recommends as 1 way to help strengthen esp hip muscles not to just walk forward. Also side steps, as supplemental movements. See “keep the adventure alive” Will Harlow’s channel is great.

Interesting❗
🦋 *THANKS* 🦋
This is the only person I have heard or that focuses on an older age group as a specialist
Alyssa Kuhn has a neat channel “keep the adventure alive” w/some great ideas, too. Another good PT Dr w/focus on not so young folks🙂
I don't like your tshirts and shirts frankly 😢
Oh, horror! 😏
You can't be serious
They're not too bad.
Yes he needs to take them off in thse videos.
