Police say the body of missing 2-year-old Wynter Cole-Smith was found in Detroit, three days after she was kidnapped in Lansing. In a press conference Wednesday night, Lansing police say federal investigators found the child at about 6:50 p.m. near the Coleman A. Young Airport. Trice's mother, Shontayzia Trice, told WDIV-TV (Channel 4) on Wednesday that she believed her son was innocent.

This situation was extremely triggering for me bc my cousin lost her life via her husband and we never found her kids. The situations were very similar. If you get a moment, look up Alicia Fox from Detroit. It was a big deal in the city & Atlanta (as it should’ve been), but, we lost 3 and only recovered 1. So, this baby being found, gone, is just too much. It’s like my heart has been opened and broken all over again. I’m praying hard for their family bc I know what they’re feeling. Nearly 10 years after my cousin was found, still, it’s happening. 🥺😭

I completely agree I feel if your child is that young you shouldn’t be dating men until a certain age. You can’t be having men around your kids because it is a scary world.

I can’t agree with this. When you meet someone of course you are not going to think that they are capable of doing such a horrible thing. I think that this message is hypocritical because we all fall short in some area. Like Lyndiaj6038 said a woman does not put her life on hold for 18 years. That is ridiculous.
