Motorcycle Forks Repair / Restoration Yamaha DT 125 / DT 175

Repair and restoration of an old Yamaha DT 125 forks. I bought the forks in the scrap yard and I restored it to be part of my Yamaha DT175 bike build project. Older Yamaha DT125 and DT175 have very similar if not the same forks. And most of the conventional motorcycle forks share the same design as this one. This video may be useful to you even if you are only changing the fork oil or changing fork seal.

Dapat naka indicate sa description mo boss kung saan mo nabili mga pyesa na pinalit mo lalo na yung inner tube. Para may idea ang mga nanonood sa channelp.

Hola ... Cometiste un error en el ensamble del embrague y el piñón primario del cigüeñal ... Estos tienen unas marcas que deben de cordinarse , de no ser así falla a altas RPM .....

Hola. Gracias por hacérmelo saber. Sé que el piñón primario del cigüeñal tiene una marca, pero no recuerdo si lo coordiné con el embrague.Revisaré nuevamente

@@DIYPhilEl piñón trae una letra C , y el embrague en su parte posterior también debe traer una marca ,ambas deben coincidir ... Por tal motivo los separadores de metal exentricos se colocan distribuidos en grados iguales en la circunferencia .Estos funcionan como balanceador evitando vibrarciones a altas RPM y también facilitan la entrada y salida de aceite por el efecto espiral causan ... hindi ko alam kung ano yung sakto sir. pero yung isang DT ko nakabitan ng upside down forks ng honda CRM250. Yun nga lang pinamachine shop yung sa kabitan ng bearing para magkasya.

32mm x 44mm x 10.5mm po yung oil seal. pero i check nyo din gamit caliper bago kayo bumili. baka ibang model kasi yung DT nyo. old model yung dt na nasa video.
