    Michael hit all 8 of his shots in the first quarter and had a few amazing dunks in the game. I also put some Rodman 3 pointers in the video just for fun lol. And for those who do not know, Glenn "Big Dog" Robinson had 44 points too in this game. Him and Michael did not guard each other most of the time so I decided not to put his highlight here.

      What’s funny is that here he’s like a very athletic nba player - no doubt - but 6-7 years prior he was practically floating to the rim at will. Even when he’d lost a few steps he was still this impressive.

    This is why MJ could average 50 in today's league. Bucks went small ball and without any 7 footer to deter drives to the basket, it was a feast for MJ. Of course we all know today, most teams don't have or play a 7 footer at center. This means "feast" for MJ. 3 pointers don't get shit done, even Dennis can hit em when he wants.

    • @TNMUSlC
      @TNMUSlC Před 6 lety +1

      I wouldn't say average 50 but 30-35 ppg. No one could average 50 ppg a game. Their body would collapse

    • @powerman1993tk
      @powerman1993tk Před 5 lety +6

      @@TNMUSlC he would average 45pts +. 30 to 35 was his average in a league that was extremely physical with hand checking. MJ would be at the line 20+ times a game in this league. The players today cant even average 30 pts a game on a 82 game stretch all season exception of Harden at 34 pts but the season isnt halfway done yet. Jordan averaged 30 pts a game would have been 31 pts a game except he played 2 yrs with the wizards at 38 to 40 yrs old still averaging 24 pts a game. 45 pts would be no problem for a prime MJ in todays soft ass league, i would know cause i watched MJ from the 1st year he was drafted in 1984 on TV of course. Pull up 1982 USA college team VS. the NBA elite with Larry Bird, Magic Johnson. The USA team which were all college players with MJ beat that team 8 straight games, MJ averaged 28 pts a game. Give MJ a team with decent players and he will win. His 1st 6 yrs in the league he had trash players and Pippen wasnt great till after 1990 years. MJ is the goat!

      @johnc.richardson2713 Před 5 lety +6

      Wilt did it, why couldn’t MJ? The great Hubie Brown and Phil Jackson have both said 45+. I think in today’s game, 50 isn’t out of the question. You give someone with as many weapons, as much aggressiveness and creativity as Michael the euro-step and inability to be hand-checked, and the skies the limit.

    The thing a lot of people don't pay attention to from MJ's shooting is that he was not only making fadeaways shots from the post, but a lot of his midrange shots are fades as well! And not coming off a screen, but after creating some space with his handles. Just amazing!

    2:00 minute mark - MJ's off the ball movement is brilliant. Another area where he just separates himself from others.
    LBJ has none of this in his game - he can't play without the ball in his hands largely because he's a poor jump shooter and off the ball play requires jump shooting skills.
