My CL65 was doing really well up until the end of this episode, but I took some solace in the fact that Ed and Freddy's cars were doing MUCH MUCH worse.

The problem with Top Gear is that it became over produced. Huge film crews, set creation etc. Mat Leblanc has talked about that in interviews. Top Gear hasn't been raw or organic in years.

Still feel like they need to stop planning what they’re gonna say and just freestyle all of it so it feels less scripted similar to top gear. I know these 3 are friends outside of CZcams but it feels like they just met and are reading a piece of paper on what to say.

This feels a bit more scripted than the last one yeah, but still quite a bit less scripted than top gear. They hid it much better.

I think it’s the awkward thing about being on camera. It’s way better than first season. So they keep going and they will get smoother every time.

KayJblue yeah top gear is scripted but just the chemistry and everything between the 3 can totally fly by as non scripted which is a hard thing to master. Then again tavarish /ed/Tyler all talk a bit scripted in their personal videos so maybe that’s just how they make their videos
As others have said top gear now the Grand Tour is scripted however the years of partnership between the three presenters makes it more of a 'show guide' and not a script. If you listen to the reports from people that have been in the studio audience they all say how different takes of the same segment are presented differently every time.
Cartrek feels more like the earlier top gear when the three presenters were getting to know each other. It was certainly more scripted then. These three aren't hiding the fact that they are modeling themselves after the original top gear style and I think they will continue to improve over time.
Tavarish’s Maserati looks like every kids dodge neon
If he would make the car look more like a legit GT2/GT3 car (front splitter, defuser, widebody of some sorts and a real GT3 spoiler) it would make sense, but at thus point it just looks like a silly "tuning" job indeed. Also, siemanko mordo if you are Polish, your surname most definitely is.

Coming from a long time VinWiki watcher, and loving Ed and his way of speaking and demeanor, watching this and getting more insight into Ed was very interesting. I had never heard him ever get excited or any excitement in his voice before so this was very entertaining!
