Thank you for your very helpful videos. Our league has started from scratch, our coaches are learning themselves and having your videos available has been a massive help. Thanks for sharing!
thanks girls!

Notes: drop at very last second, drop the shoulder closest to them more, give then your back, get below their elbow
:) I like the breakdown. Great job on explaining how and why. I love the triangle of death!
Go girls! Thanks for the video.
Really thank you.!! Greetings from Costa Rica
White Flight from Rose city (WOJ) and team U.S.A is the absolute best at this move.
i would have love to see some of there new girls back in the day - they really know the stuff. yes I know things are different even the track looks different, not structured to go flying over it as in old school. Banked track is more fun to watch. I would love to see you do a blocking video explaining the difference between the old and new styles of blocking and the difference. and what is now illegal that people might not know . I am cheering for a nice tv show comeback for you ladies.
as the saying goes, If you want to be the best of the best you have to bet the best of the best. thats why you get your competition nice and strong :P nothing like a friendly competition.
I'm so excited to try this at practice! Thanks for the great instructional videos! --Thunderbird (Barrie, Canada)
great outlook!
Love this girls! Do you mind if I share on my Facebook Page wall?
Great video! I wonder how the Bean Dip got it's name...?
Does this work best for coming in from the outside? If you're coming in low on the inside (like I would want to), would I drop the opposite shoulder, or does that throw off your balance (banked track)? Thanks!
i love all your videos! but i feel like you're kinda offering tips to your competition.
