Cartagena is one of the most visited cities in the Americas: tourists flock here to enjoy the Caribbean climate, historic Walled City and gorgeous nearby beaches.

HI THERE ISLAND HOPPER! THANKS FOR THE VIDEO ! THE CITY OF CARTAGENA APPEARS TO BE A VERY SAFE AND CLEAN CITY COMPARED TO MEDELLIN & CALI. THE LATTER 2 CITIES APPEARED TO BE VERY CHAOTIC AND THEY BOTH HAVE TOO MANY STREET VENDORS. I WANT TO VISIT COLOMBIA SOME TIME NEXT YEAR. I NEVER VISITED COLOMBIA. I NOTICED THAT BOTH CALI & MEDELLIN HAVE A LOT OF PRETTY LADIES AND THERE IS MORE ACTION GOING ON.

Great walking tour! Also outside the wall some interesting streets. Really liked the art lining the wall. Thankyou . So cool the street with the flowers(?) across the top!

Me encanta lo tranquilo del recorrido y la forma de hablar, otros youtuber ponen una música súper fuerte y el vídeo se hace pesado de ver, tus vídeos a pesar de ser largos, tienen un formato muy amigable y agradable! I loved

Thats not Getsemani as stated early on…G is outside the wall. Across from the Torre
Its not really French, Italian, Cuban, Greek Islands, The French Quarter as mentioned..but yes they are older bldgs.
Walking down Carrera 7 when again stated IN “Getsemani” incorrectly
Finally arrives though…a good walking tour well filmed..
Getsemaní ….fyi …is pronounced ( get seh ma knee, ) accent on final knee.
    😀

Yes my narration was off in the beginning I was a bit further from Gestemani than originally thought. But yes I did make it towards the end you are right. After I went beyond the clock tower.

Se imaginan un parque temático Disney Latino en Cartagena. Con Encanto, Coco, Río, Las locuras del emperador, El Dorado, Hércules, Avatar, Mohana, Lucca y Piratas Del Caribe. Soñar no cuesta nada.

how about islands.? Which service and island(s) do you recommend if you went to one? I hope it's less invasive. I also seen that they place their hands on your feet and start rubbing/massaging. So, my wife and I wanna keep it to a minimal and want to visit beach clubs and islands. Any recommendations?

I am surprised you have not visited Pakistan yet.
Murree, Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and many places in Northern areas.
Foreign tourists love Pakistan and Americans too.
They love the hospitality of the people and welcoming people.

Do you think a visit to Cartagena is best done with or without tour guides. I like to know the history of a city when I travel. Is it easy to book tour, at hotel, once one arrives or best to book tours in advance prior to departure from U.S. thanks!

Enjoying your video, but here's a thought. Wouldn't it be easy to learn the names of the places you're shooting before you shoot? It's only 2 words, and your constant mispronunciation of Cartagena and Getsemani really made me cringe.

Oh ! And there no Cuban culture either !!! Just some Cubans that open a Cuban restaurant but there no …NONE… influence or Cuban culture in Cartagena or Colombia. Now there maybe some Cuban that are there to see what they can do to stir up thing.
Italy ?? Good God ! It looks like you’ve never been to Italy !!!

  • @nicholj2002
    @nicholj2002 Před 2 lety

Dude ! You really don’t know the history of either the city of Cartagena nor Colombia. Please educate yourself. There is no …NONE … influence of either French or Italian.
