If Hindus are told to forget their places of worship for secularism, then muslims can also be told the same. The responsibility of secularism cannot rest on the shoulders of only one community.

So far, secularism meant Hindus keeping quiet no matter what. Nobody said anything when our people were converted enmasse. Nobody said anything when Pandits of Kashmir were chased out or killed. Double standards. What suits the politicians.

Getting our sacred sites back is the matter of our identity which has long been suppressed and then twisted through foreign ideologies. We are on a quest to reclaim our title of ‘Vishwaguru’ and for that, it is extremely important that we reconnect with our glorious past, culture, traditions, language, scripture, Vedic science and rituals. One cannot be a leader if they don’t have a clear sense of their own.
Sanatan Dharm is a way of life which tells you exactly how to lead on personal and societal levels. It gives you an unadulterated sense of direction about your purpose in life. And that’s why we cannot just sit and let these embodiments of ancient knowledge, spirituality, and religion be lost to time or resistance.
We are inclusive who celebrate everyone and everything but we would and we must always prioritise us before others and this is exactly what we are doing.

The Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalemhas a special religious & historical relevance to Muslims. It is not just another mosque. How will Muslims feel if Israel was to gain complete control of it & use it for their religious purposes. So is it with Hindus, with regard to their holy sites which were destroyed and Mosques built over them.

Al aqsa mosque was built on the 2nd temple of jews. This is why the jews want to build their 3rd temple in or around al aqsa mosque.

It is difficult to digest the views of Dr. Sanyal that the temples built in India might have the influence of Greeks etc. for the reason that the temples built in Southern part of India were based on the rules/ principles laid as per the shilpa sastras and aagamas which exactly prescribed how the deity consecrated was to worshiped. Even Chola Kings decreed how worship had to conducted in the temples they build and same are still followed. In so far as North India is concerned they followed different styles of architecture and no such evidences are available to my knowledge or supported by archeological surveys that the architectural styles of these temples had Greek influence.

During the partition of India it was divided in the name of religion. Pakistan became Islamic republic of Pakistan and India became democratic republic of India. It was the generosity of the Hindus that India did not became a Hindu nation but that does not mean Hindus have to suffer from the hands of the so called minority of 300 million Muslims in India. Muslims should have handed over the iconic places of Hinduism, like Ram Janma Bhoomi, Mathura, Kashi etc instead they tried to create tensions and riots. Muslims have more freedom and rights in India than in any other Muslim countries, do not forget that. Still they are moaning and involving in all kinds of anti national activities..
