You seem to have read a very rare book called Manusmriti, since you have termed it as precise. I have not come across many people who have read that or own that. BTW the ship is spelled as ARK and not ARC.
BTW out of curiosity I just checked out Manusmriti (whatever is available). It definitely doesn't contain anything on shipbuilding or theology on ship and arks. I foresee a new administrative reshuffle top fiscal management. The post is called chief shelter commissioner of India.
