Doing good how about you. And if you are talking about the junkyard I believe there is a low light westfalia with a full camper interior along with a late bay interior

Great video man. Question for you...... I started ordering metal for my 69 Bay. Cip1 offers 2 kind of inner rockers. One is smooth as in one long piece of steel that needs to be fully welded in. The other is all notched and is called a drop in piece. Any thoughts on which one would be better ?

Hmm let me take a look and see which part you are actually talking about. Because when I did my 71 bay there were 3 pieces to it. The inner rocker which welds to the tophats(cross beams for the floor) and then the middle section of the rocker which has a bunch of circle holes and then the outer rocker which is the skin of the bus(the part I replaced with license plates lol) if you look back through my videos and find Ep. 18 I did the repair on that one

@@VWBrennidon I did watch that episode. It looks like this drop in (inner rocker) is notched so you could just slip it up around those top hats. Can't even find the middle rockers.
My issue is that my floors are good and everything under is bad. In my mind I'm thinking I can do these repairs from underneath without disturbing the floor. But it's probably just wishful thinking. Might be easier to cut a section of floor out and do the repair and welding from the top.

@pstreetgarage7304 I think with the floor in will be easier. Well partly. Getting all the old out might be harder but when putting new in I think it will help keeping everything in line.

@pstreetgarage7304 I got all of the rocker sections from busdepot.com it's called rocker panel and it's 79.95. There is another one on there that is notched in a bunch of spots also which in your case might be easier but I'm not sure. The brand I got is from the UK(just kampers I believe which is great quality)
