company and product still have a shot. the vehicle platform is good, the product eco system is good. The only issue was under-capitalization from the get go. I could actually see Nissan as a great fit partner in either acquisition or capital. There is still a path for company and its products. Its just navigation, this is not an easy feat nor will it go perfectly smooth. And you can be assured that Fisker, this is his life's work and by that he will do everything he can for it to be a success. Anyone who says anything less has never done anything before and put their name on it. Period.
I disagree. If he really cared about the future of the company he would have done the right thing and at.least replaced his wife and daughter appoint competent people to those positions. But hes rather be captain of a sinking ship than be a crew member on a long voyage.
That is another delusional post by Henrik in drag. Henrik and Geeta just committed the largest fraud in automotive history. Nobody is going to buy a company whose sole product is a BEV riddled with hardware and software issues that was lead by incompetent fraudsters.
I do want the company to survive with different management. Henrik should be left as a 'contract designer' with his last name on the car. Calling it by a different name if it were to be purchased by someone else would-be further damage. As mentioned before a buyer will come without HF/GF having any control. As for my dream of having a PEAR is still in question depending on the outcome. I do like Rivian as my alternative, but I worry that it is also a startup. I guess I am left buying from a legacy automaker. Maybe the KIA EV3 GT AWD or updated IONIQ 5 should be my next choice.
I do agree that the wife needs to go. Holding two very important key positions is a mistake. So lets step on that and make the change. Find a good COO and a good CTO. The product and company still have a path.
This greedy note holder has been in charge since very early on. I am thankful I did not support them with a purchase and I sure as hell won't now. NO WAY!!!!!
Good lord people-- I’m a original ocean one owner. This is over. Fisker family in all likelihood should be tried as financial criminals. This is crazy - nothing that is as Henrik describes it in the fall of 2023 craters 6 months later in March of 2024. And there are board members to blame, probably some regulators. I am sure there are stories out there that are similar but I don’t know one. This is nuts.
Many reasons why I ALMOST bought an Ocean but one of them very much was the intense greed of this noteholder. I decided to give them not one single dime of my money. NO WAY!!!!! Other reasons but this was in my top 3 list.
@Ocean1 and then Some I must disagree with you on some fundamental points. The Ocean was never a game changing vehicle. In fact it was factory vehicle and those have the hardest road...just look at NIO, they have been at it forever and then some. Ocean is a nice looking vehicle, but there is where everything ends. There is a saying that EVs are Software/Computers on Wheels. The Ocean's greatest weakness was its software... this is the key reason MKB gave it his lowest rating. Developing software as been the Auto Industry's Achillies Heel for some time. What happened to Fisker has happened to many Legacy Auto companies. They have good designs, but the systems don't work that great. EVs are a different kind of thinking and there are few companies that have been able to succeed. The real truth of the matter, is that Fisker had a good idea, but didn't have enough funding to give them the runway needed to take off. Making Cars is hard, it is generally a low margin industry with tons of unforeseen problems lurking at every corner. Even Tesla was near bankruptcy after it launched the Model 3, look at Rivian, Lucid and etc. Making Cars is tough, just this week Toyota had to reveal how it cheated on safety tests. As for the Note Holder and etc.... that was a technique to try and squeeze as much juice out of the lemon. They invested a large sum and are trying to get as much out before they end up in Court.
I have always thought and still do that the Ocean was the perfect EV if executed correctly, that includes the software. Too many missed opportunities as management was simply lacking.
Toyota and Honda both got called out for Fraud. The Electric Viking just did a video on that. Lets see if Adams only fisker EV does a video on the Honda Fraud.
Great. Now we have to listen to Blood thirsty Adams EV go on and on and on as he grasps left and right for any clickbaity title and story because noone is watching his sleepy 💤 💤 Honda reviews except for people that never even owned a fisker but follow every single negative post and group about it like they have no life. On that note Henrik can also go to HelI along with Adam.
And the best part is he started deleting comments that tell him the truth that hes nothing without Fisker. After all, whos tuning in for his boring Honda. Connie was fallling asleep presenting it😂 Can only pretend but so much.
Speculating here - how many shares does this note holder now gets ? 100 million shares ? Seems like an easy way to grab shares at insanely low prices without moving the needle…. I don’t know why … but this whole thing smells fishy. Too much negativity to keep sane investors yet fishy fishy fishy. Hmmm 🤔
Is he a shyster because he told the truth? Because he was smart enough to see the writing on the wall? Because he was smart enough to not lose 100% on his Ocean? Tell me, how does any of this or his "views" number make him a shyster?
I must say as one that was following this channel for Fisker news i am disappointed with a good many comments. First those in glass houses should not throw stones. Making fun of someone getting a Honda prologue is really an odd way to behave if you have a FO. I mean the Honda doesn't have the issues the FO has and has a reliable support network. My heart goes out to anyone who paid 70k for a vehicle that is valued at 20k, but they should never be talking about other cars in a negative way. I want EV to succeed. I was rooting for Fisker, but that is done now and there is not some savior coming. There are not any real assets since they do not even build their own car. I was thinking the other night though that FO could get its own cult following as a cheap EV. imagine someone with 10-15k to spend on a car and them seeing a FO with that on the window. It might drive EV sales because after someone tries it and they get that instant torque they may move to one of the other models. Takeaway: don't be a jerk when driving a FO, because you put a target on your own back for criticism.
According to Adam Everything EV, he believes this was another Fisker scam. He never intended to have a successful product and was only out to make a quick buck. Is this something you believe? Adam also believes no company will buy them and that the Nissan deal was a bunch of lies.
He likes to sensationalize everything which is why I stopped watching him long ago. Why would someone with roughly 67 million shares a piece (Henrik and Geeta) want their company to fail? They wouldn't. Did they mismanage? 100%. That makes them incompetent not deceiving. Henrik was too confident and Geeta was too controlling. They never seeked the help needed until it was too late.
The guy is misguided assumption and creating his own negativity and projecting it recklessness on others. Fact is, none of this sort of thing is guaranteed nor is it easy. But fact is, a great product vehicle platform has been delivered. This is Fiskers dream, he is a craft designer and a good one at that. So you can bet damn well he is doing all he can to navigate. There is still a path. There always is and it may surprise you.
@@EVM-qs6vm - The argument is who will buy this company as most of the components and assembly are outsourced? Is there any intellectual property (IP)? Will Fisker have the ego along with his wife to allow someone else to take their roles?

This is not a person that had any vested interest in seeing the company succeed, but rather just uses the Fisker name for whatever clicks and views he can get. Once the negativity train trend started, he jumped right on it and has been riding the thirsty clickbait.wave ever since. Honda along with other Japanese EVs was named on a Fraud debacle according to The Electric Viking. Does Adam have a video about that? Of course not. Hes very good at finding ways to put down the ocean at every turn eventhough he had the economy model and couldn't account for the full experience. Then he comes to the meetups desperate for more content. He just gave me all around snake energy. And then he tries to gaslight as if hes some sort of hero for Fisker owners, all the while spending the last months helping to advance the downfall through diasemination of as much negative news as he can and slighting Fisker owners in the same breath. Him and his Honda can catch fire and I wouldn't bat an eyelash. He's a diahonest snake.

Thanks sir
