I bought a Delorean in 1985, 2 years after bankruptcy. Startup vendors kept them alive for 3 decades. Hoping someone will step up and offer services for what seems like a great car. My I- Pace is built by Magna and I hope it’s serviceable for decades as well

I love my Ocean, and I will make a trip to Indianapolis once in a while if absolutely necessary (3 hrs each way). Our situation is unfortunate, but this car is awesome.

i dont get it why would fisker go through all of this to sell some cars and then ask for chap 7 while keeping some people employed and doing recalls? ? calling it chap 7 from the beginning would have saved them time and money and and all the back and fort with creditors ...straight to auction and assets would get sold by the bankruptcy court ..i wouldn't fully trust these articles from Reuters

Forget for a min. Greeta and Henrik's mishandling(I know they are at shame right now, but a lot of their handling comes from their experience from Fisker Automotive!, not really getting out in the media) the Note holder really killed Fisker inc.! -It was just announced the 3.0 software is to be released now, that have now just fallen on the ground -thank you note holders😮‍💨

Someone will buy them and restart production of the Ocean. A bunch of Chinese companies have been trying to get magna to build cars for them. Shareholders need a miracle to get a piece of the pie. If this money is intended for Fisker to continue busienss operations then its a good thing. I would personally like to see investor come in and debt to equity swap of a new company and shareholders get a slice of the new company. Wishful thinking.

I lost a lot of money. Should have been careful. Fisker was a conman he knew the consequences of not filing to SEC on time but still they failed. Was it on purpose? I think so. Should have ran away once i heard it was a SPAC. Since they skip a lot of regulations. SPAC = Doom. I will never make the mistake again.

From my perspective, Henrik Fisker does not seem genuinely committed to saving the company. Regrettably, I think it's come to an end., Henrik Fisker has been absent since the financial crisis and production halt, leaving investors without an official announcement. Unfortunately, bankruptcy under Chapter 7 seems inevitable.

Ive thought about rigging it with a latch like any other car. Looking for a solition to not have to unscrew the bolts . Maybe something that is 3d printed. Or even drilling a latch on the side of the hood like a jeep. Maybe mafnetic

Why can't you run and external cable from the battery behind there with two end caps You can unscrew them and just hook up the cables to two wires with covered ends?

Do not mount lithium battery devices to a radiator, this is very bad advice... You should have a 12v line from the main battery, you can take the power from there.
