That's a top quality video mate. Really refreshing. Norway is just breathtaking. I went to see the fjords and had bottle of banana flavoured milk from a local grocery store. I swear I couldn't find the same taste anywhere else.
Some love in that store, not like all our chains in 🇬🇧 looks mint there you two ❤️✌️
If you look up closely at the Scandinavian stores you will see this trend - local produce, high quality products and most of all micronutrient dense. When I was younger every summer I was going to my aunt that lives in Sweden for 3-4 weeks for vacation. I loved to go to her place as there were always stores like this - normally I live in Poland so there is a big difference. This content reminds me of these good old times. Great vid champ! BTW - pollock and trout are my favorite fishes ;)

The.great thing about living here in Boston area, I get fresh salmon at $6. per lb. and cod fish at $5.per lb.right off the boat every Thurs.morning
Now I don’t even want to walk into my Pennsylvania grocery store..

the studies on fibre actually do not show any health benefits except a regression to the mean for test subjects on the extremes. it's been widely misrepresented by food companies that want to sell a byproduct as a profitable food source

James if you ever come across lamb merguez sausage you gotta try it, it's a lamb n beef combo with spices. the best sausage you'll ever try
nice 2 see you in norway James! your ancestor must be from that country, you look like a big strong Viking...also that store is probably abit more expensive then KIWI or REMA 1000...but they got quality.... me and my wife love visiting uk, and go to Marks and Spencer..
