- Hey guys, Todays video I cover my meals of choice in order to meet the 100 gram carbohydrate requirement I've been set recently. Being close to contest shape at this bodyweight has meant that my food has had to be pretty high at times.
On these particular days I like to spread the total out evenly over 8 meals vs my usual 6 as I feel it has less impact on digestion

Killer vid. Not at all to assume or make anything of the situation that it isn't, and with full understanding that I as a stranger have no fucking clue what the situation would be anyways, it just really makes me happy as a fan of you both that you and JP are working together again in any capacity. As a side note: when I make whey paste in a mug, I use 100% of it by putting my finger in and licking it đDuring this inflation I make sure not to waste a gram of protein haha

If you have a rubber spatula you can get all the protein paste out of the mug with it I am the same way about wasting even a crumble of egg white or chicken or like this every gram of protein paste lol keep up the great work brother

Wanted to ask if you can elaborate on the 20g of EAAs used almost right at the end of the workout, instead of like you said a constant drip of EAAs. What is the thought process behind this?
I am always eager to learn and this was very interesting for me , I appreciate the videos! :)
Because their is no point in drip feeding eaas over a 90min period, take in one go either before, in the middle or end of your workout, obviously no point at the beginning if you had a good pre workout meal

Potentially a silly few questions for you big james-
Is there a reason you are not doing carbohydrates intra-workout? I get the concept of "muscle full" for the aminos, but I would have thought that 1000 grams of Carbs for the day would allow for some intra-workout to facilitate performance.
Secondly- is there a rational behind using the hydrorazan and Neil's protein over the evopep like you were previously?
Heâs a professional bodybuilder whoâs 4 weeks out from the Mr Olympia contest, do you think he would be eating like that if it was going to make him put body fat on??

High fat, medium protein, low carb and low sugar is my diet i am on keto and i love it but i have one day per week, (Saturday) where i go high carb to refill BUT its healthy carbs then i go another 7 days with almost zero carbs and zero sugar.
