To get all the benefits of sauerkraut you need to get the refrigerated packs James, those have all the good bacteria in. Once it gets to room temperature they die so the stuff in the jar isn’t as good 👍🏼

We like chicken tenders because it’s like fried chicken except you don’t have to worry about the bone. Maximum convenience to shove calories down your gullet. Plus they’re delicious with cream gravy or honey mustard

Hey Shed, what your opinion of Costco? Is it somewhere you have used for your shop before? Here’s a quick breakdown of my salmon hall.
12 x fillets of Atlantic farmed salmon (2 boxes) cost £41.
Each fillet avg 215g
Avg cost £3.40 per fillet
2x Sainsbury’s Salmon Fillets (1 box) cost £4.50
240g total
The Costco salmon is good quality and a good saving over the year.
I wrap each fillet in foil and bung them all in the freezer. Oven on and throw one in when needed.
I do the same with chicken and steaks. Tuna steaks and blueberries come ready frozen as do cooked chicken breast fillets. Pretty convenient and less trips to the shops. Shopping does my head in half the time.
Oh I also buy 5kg bags of Tilda Jasmine Rice from the Chinese supermarket for my rice cooker. Works out pennies per meal and again good quality stuff. I won’t buy shyte 😇. Anyway, keep up with the vids, always look forward to the next 👉🏽👍🏼

Oh shoot!! I am in texas and my wife actually got that olive oil in Germany. Before I had this olive oil I thought Portuguese olive oil was the best, this one is so rich and tasty, I couldn’t believe it when I used it for the first time, I thought to myself they’re probably adding something else to make it this good lol

The best sourdough is the olive oil and basil one 😍 think it's only sold in morrisons and tesco, im not posh enough to shop in sainsburys 😊

chicken tenders: because anything fried tastes great 😅 some chicken tenders are actually made with good quality breast meat though & they're undoubtedly better. it's just if I'm asked what I would rather get to have, grilled good chicken or fried shitty chicken, it's the latter for me.

You’re probably aware but all sourdough bread isn’t created equally. Some of the supermarket bread has the same ingredients as regular bread

Many of the supermarket breads have tons of vegetable oils in them which of course are highly inflammatory and fucks your body up in the long run. Bread should not have more than 3-4 ingredients 😊
