Proper interesting, I think you’re setting a great example in the industry for being transparent with the good and the bad in bodybuilding. Most people go off the grid when it comes to this sort of thing and let people speculate where/why someone has disappeared or they just post a load of old content while they recover ect.

His belly is alot smaller than it used to be and that belly isn't due to fat, it's due to the science of heavy lifting which requires massive amounts pressure in the abdominal region.

That was one of the most tense videos I’ve watched in a long time, taking the dressings off around that area must have hurt so much! I’m amazed at how little bruising you had, what a positive result and you’ll be back in the gym (or on the skates) in no time.

Great you have shared this James i would say theres a huge majority of pros get this done but arent honest about it, it would help alot of amatures n gym goers understand its more common than they think!
You can use 'Saline Solution' ex. 'Sodium chloride IP' to wash off wounds, it helps to take off bandages easily without hurting hair follicles and also it's easy to clean wounds with it. Also I can see the change, It's looking way better now... But I would still use Gauge, because gauge is not just to strop bleeding but to keep the wound area clean while new skin generates around it. Helps to avoid infection.
Recovery is just as paramount as proper exercise. But i am extremely impressed about your mental capacity about this. And yes when you take antibiotics your stomach suffers because you are exactly right. It kills off the good bacterium in the body. And thank you for the tip about advanced scar gel. I have..... Quite a few scars i would like to be gone. Kudos to your inner strength as much as your physical strength.

I suffer with Gyno and have done since puberty. It does affect my confidence, which is tough for me to admit. This video is great and I appreciate the honesty, speedy recovery.

The box 157 is great for healing but it will also help with gut health the tb 500 is better used locally but just know you can do it anyways in the peck muscle it doesn't have to be right where you had the surgery and you are correct ok that high of antibiotics you do run the risk of stripping your natural gut Flora which can cause the risk of c-diff so keep up your good probiotics.

Had it since puberty, had it removed 2 years ago I wear cool shirts and T-shirts now and train well.
I have got gyno since I was at 6th grade, and ever since then people bullied me 8 consecutive years to the point bruises everywhere on my body( my chest, my arms),then I had to hide my chest by intentionally humpbacked my back until I got humpback forever:)). Does it hurt after surgery sir?

@@hollingshead89 Quick story. I sliced my finger 6 months ago with a razor knife. Right on the underside of my index finger on the crease between knuckles.
Took 20 minutes to get the bleeding to stop, then I superglued it shut. 3 days later the glue peeled off and my wife asked me where the cut was. Couldn't tell I'd even slashed it. hgh is awesome for quick healing.

I remember my mun removing my plasters for this, I couldnt even look haha looks like they done a good job, I had alot more blood on the plaster removal.
What does the compression vest do in terms of recovery? Looks like a great outcome so far.

Silly question maybe, but hasn't studies shown that more frequent injections are to be preferred over 1 weekly "mega-dose"? More Plates More Dates recommends if not daily, then at least every 2 days. Cheers! Love the content!

Mike israetel explained in one of his videos about skull shape, james and myself have the same shaped skull but i cannot remember the scientific term for the sort of neanderthal/ cranial shaped dip in the temple area. Its bugging me😂. Does anyone know?

Just a tip: soak that paper tape in a little rubbing alcohol and it’ll come right off.

You could of used baby wipes to wipe yourself down instead of having a shower (not on the surgical area) but everywhere else like armpits and chest where you can. Especially if Ur worried about stench and being as clean as you can.
I did for the first day buddy they ask you to shower gently 48hrs later :)
Not sure about in humans but I’m dogs, when we have them on antibiotics and probiotics we make sure to give them at least 2 hours apart from each other

Let’s not forget, this operation isn’t only for people with gyno, but if you’re going to go hard into ped’s getting the gland removed proactively means there’s no need to control oestrogen
wrong, there are still other side effe ts from high estrogen, high blood pressure, acne, water retention etc
@@oooooba8343 High estrogen doesnt “cause” any of the following you’ve just mentioned it isn’t the root cause. High blood pressure, acne and water retention should never be an issue if your diet is clean, electrolytes are properly managed, correct ancillaries are used and if you keep insulin sensitivity/body composition in a good place. AI’s are poison
i had to stop watching, not bc of the surgery but bc of the hair pulling haha....as a werewolf myself having just been through having heart stickers all over my chest and back, it made my skin crawl haha
