I completely agree. I like the idea of having a back up for Trent on the right but boey isn’t gonna want to be a back up. We need a player like florentino luis from benfica for me. And a player like piero hincapie
I mean, as far as CBs go, you've got enough good ones. Under the current system, if Trent plays RB, the RCB is getting shafted. When Gomes plays RB it's a different story. Every single person you've played at RCB with Trent at RB has struggled. (Mostly because Trent doesn't cover his position well and Salah never works defensively for the team - both ego basically). A RB is a great choice.
Jurgen will always want to start Trent at rightback also so he is starting on the front foot.
You can't start in plan 'B'.
A Centerback or DM will be great in January. Don't hold your breath 🤢

Tottenham clearly need a center back over a forward. Yes they could use more depth at forward but ran van de ven is injured and Romero could always get a suspension. Two good cbs is not enough run they need to play a full back at cb so their first priority should be cb if they are feeling ambitious they should go for Guehi

Think it was always a case of when rather than IF, they're a way off being good enough to win the league but no way a team of their quality could keep struggling for so long.

That's because akpom is the best striker they have, the other guy is terrible not sure why he was played instead of Chuba.

@@Rooler694 Akpom is actually not the best striker, our best striker is Brian Brobby. Brian is much more important to the team, but Akpom is a great goal scorer for us.

Jota is coming to Spurs he played under Ange and has showed interest to play under him again. Seeing how Son plays more centrally now and Perisic being out for the season Jota would fit the winger slot Spurs need filled.

In my opinion Wolves perfect signing would be Koopmeiners. It’s pretty unrealistic he would join but Atalanta haven’t been doung that well and he’s never been brung up in rumours other than United. Joao Gomes hasn’t been that great this season and it would allow Gary O’Neil to switch between a 5 back and a 4231 more easily. Koopmeiners and Lemina is scary, but in a 4231 Koopmeiners, Lemina and Gomes would be one of the best midfields in the league in my opinion.
As a forest fan i feel a stricker that can back up anwonyi while he is injured which happens annoyingly often would help us alot. But sancho could re ignite gibbs white with another link up like he had with johnson
Sancho is on over £200k a week at utd. Never in a month of Sundays are we paying anywhere near that. I'm pretty sure Utd would not allow him to go without us paying at least half. Need a Striker 100%

Agree about Brighton. A big powerful ball carrier would be great. I like Cunha at Wolves and Semenyo (sp)? At Bournemouth.
Nusa is incredible. He was electrict when he got his debut for Norway.
Villa fan here. A big statement for us would be Guirassy. Differnt profile to Ollie but finishes all he touches and we need an extra option.
We need a RB and back up Keeper but as a game changer getting Guirassy from under the nose of Man Utd would he massive.
Werner not a bad shout but imo he is backup only.
nah cash has been exceptional at RB/RM we don't really need a new one, and martinez is world class as per usual and we have olsen for back up who's alright 🤷🏻
@@Flame-jw1hy It's hard to trust Olsen and back up is needed at RB. The quality needed to replace him in January would probably be unattainable anyway but someone who can slot in is almost a must. If he gets injured we're struggling.
For what it's worth, I'm a big advocate for Konsa at RB. Always was, but I'm a bigger advocate for him at CB and against lower level teams who sit in, a player like Cash is much more affective.

I think the issue with the Calhanoglu shout for Man City is that his age profile is not what Man City used to signing. I think a good shout is Douglas Luiz. Ex-City player, good age, good ability and has room to grow. But Aston Villa would probably be reluctant to sell
Interesting you mention Kubo. Really surprised he is at Real Sociedad. A few Liverpool fans are quietly keeping an eye on Kubo maybe as a potential understudy for Salah.
He’s at Sociedad cause it took him a while to break out. He showed a lot of great flashes at Real Madrid but it is Real Madrid after all.
As a Wolves fan I've also had my eyes on Terrier from last season so that'd be nice (hopefully), other forwards I'd like are Akturkoglu from Galatasaray or Marcos Leonardo from the Brazilian Serie A (I've forgot which team lol)
Can't see Emery going for a benchwarmer who already flopped in premier league. Had Tammy Abraham been fit he might have been an option but if Vlahovic can be tempted from Juventus I think that's a good shout. likes to come deep and drag the centre back out leaving space behind which would suit Watkins in a 4 2 2.

Think Toney would be a game-changer for Chelsea, every time I've watched them this season I always think if they had a premier league proven striker that could take the chances they create they would have far more points.
You only need to look at the Man United game when its 1-1 and Jackson misses a header my Nan could tuck away.

As much as I really like the Sacha Boey shout, Joe Gomez has been class the past few games at RB when Trent's been in midfield, plus a backup for Gomez can obviously be Trent, or Conor Bradley who impressed at Bolton last season. And Calvin Ramsay comes back from loan after this season so buying a RB would result in too many.
As a Villa fan, Timo Werner was born offside so would be great practice for our defence in training :) Good shout though, Unai would have him drilled into running the line.
As an Everton fan I randomly said to someone the other day we should go get Jobe (half as a joke but half serious). It's funny to hear you say the same.

Great reasoning, suggestions and fitting players. Liverpool needs a real defensive RB to strengthen their weak defense and move Trent to midfield, and Liverpool need a Striker Coach. Klopp has the best attack with 4 international level and 1 world class attacker but all 4 have a dramatic goal conversion rate. They just shoot randomly and panicky. And Klopp has no idea how to get the firing. Hire a guy like Berbatov, he has such simple tips on scoring and knows how to train for it. Look up some videos from him. World class.
spurs are stacked in the attack, and while they do need a winger to replace son when he will go to the asia cup, i think the main necesity (hope i write necesity right) is to bring in a backup CB, because the squad depth for centre back at spurs is abselutely tragic.
Only problem with getting ESR is that we don’t have any loans available as we have both Sambi Lokonga and Kabore on loan from Arsenal and Man City respectively plus if it’s permanent there’s no way we could afford his wages when we have a strict wage structure
Boey is such a shout. Couldn’t believe he had went under the radar in his champions league games. Would be a great addition to the Liverpool defence and fits in perfectly with Klopp’s ethos, allowing Trent to evolve into his new position is a win win!
I think an ambitious and interesting move for palace could be a loan for Sancho
I know he’s got his issues atm but at palace I don’t think he’ll be under the microscope as much as at united Sancho and zaha are also similar players in profile
He needs to play again and feel wanted again and I think it could be the right move
Palace need … just about everything. Except where Eze and Olise are playing. The centerbacks are okay too. So sign 7 new starters and they’ll be set.

Hakan at city wouldn’t work, he’s too similar to kdb, kova, nunes, they need someone more similar to rodri who can add a big physical presence in midfield when rodri isn’t there. Peps tried with Akanji and stones which is cool but you still need depth especially with injuries and suspensions. Top video as always tho that’s what makes football entertaining, if we all agreed on everything it would be very boring. 😅

As a Luton fan would love ESR but doubt arsenal will sell him. Since we’ve already got Sambi lokonga on loan I don’t know if that’s a route the owners will go down but if we can get him for under 10 mil (highly doubt) would be an amazing signing who I think would work hard for us

They’ve got tons of midfielders, the problem is that they don’t have a working midfield 3, the midfielders are either crap(Mctominay, Mount), old and injury prone(Casemiro, Eriksen), or quite young(Mainoo), Amrabat is yet to show anything amazing and Bruno is the only one that is genuinely good and usually fit.
ESR going sounds awful enough, but seeing my boy in a relegation battle would be even harder

No, he’s right. Chelsea has nothing to offer him compared to Arsenal. Both in London, Arsenal has CL, in contention to win the league, and one of the best Nigerian players ever played for them. Poch wants someone PL proven and has experience; I think Chelsea needs to get more players above the age of 25 and Toney is it. I cannot have Osimhen in that clownlake led disaster

Imo Ramsdale isn’t the answer for Newcastle and De Gea is. Pope is class and we don’t need to replace him, what we need is De Gea to get us through popes injury as it’s already easy to see how much not having pope is hurting us.

Mate. While I agree Sancho would be a good signing for Forest, you presented it like the only important thing is his career. We do need wide attackers though but especially one with a goal threat. But probably the most urgent need is an alternative to Awoniyi right up top, someone who gives us finishing, physicality but something different to what we've got, preferably one who can drop into a #10 or deep striker role to link things up. Basically if we could sign Kane we'd be sorted. A young Nigel Clough would be ideal right now

Don't agree on Osimhen for Arsenal tbh. Arsenal already have 4-5 consistent goal scorers in their starting eleven while not having a single consistent assist provider. What is Arsenal needs is either an actual good goalkeeper cuz both Raya and Ramsdale arent good enough for title contending teams, Alisson, Ederson, Martinez are all much better. Or an replacement for Zinchenko cuz with Rice instead of Partey they don't need someone who can transport the ball forward as much anymore and should instead get someone who play more like Robertson, Grimaldo or Marcelo do. Someone who can go further up the field and put in some really dangerous crosses

Medina has spent time at left back and that fits more into what Arteta wants, a backline full of technically skilled CBs(Gabri and Saliba) who are also able to drive forward into midfield and the flanks(Timber, White & Tomiyasu)
It's still also a good idea to go for a more attacking or natural fullback though

Kubo will cost an arm and a leg. He’s an amazing talent. I would take Hakan Calhanoglu in a heart beat for United. Malen will end up going because of the SEG connection.
Rodrigo De Paul, Hirving Lozano would be the best fit for United’s short term problems.

Kone and Thuram are both defensive midfielders who can solve Uniteds problems in midfield and from buildup
Kone is a machine, he can run around the pitch nonstop. He can receive the ball from deep and quickly turn to drive the ball forward with his amazing carrying ability, reads the game well and is able to pick up some last man tackles
Thuram is everything that United want Mcsauce to be.
He can start from deep and quickly make his way into the final third and receive a ball to create a chance, also has insane Dribbling & carrying ability
In simple terms, Kone is a grown up Kobbie while Keph is a young Mkhitaryan
