I love you guys' relationships 😊. When it comes to teeth in the UK, we just don't have the same level of... I guess vanity is the word. Most of us expect teeth to be clean (like any country, we have people who are unhygienic or so deep in poverty they can't be hygienic). When people around the world say Brits are known for bad teeth, it makes it sound like it's a lack of hygiene as to the reason for why. But it's that we don't put so much pressure on people to have perfect teeth. If your teeth are a bit wonky or you have some small gaps, that's not a big deal to us. It doesn't mean you're unhygienic in any way. So, I guess we just aren't as vain in that regard (which is not to say we aren't more vain than others in different ways).
The teeth issue with the UK is most people use the NHS which makes it very cheap compared to the U.S (So basic healthcare is available for all not just the wealthy). A lot of people do go to private dentistry’s though which is the standard in America. So it’s not that British people have bad teeth it’s just people who use the more affordable options 👍
@@popsreacts2948 check ups are roughly £17 and filling are about £35 I think, that’s why they’re often grey/black. I’m not sure how much it costs for you guys but I’ve heard it’s very expensive. Sorry to turn a comedy video into a chat about dentistry! 😂
