Funny thing is, I can imagine a situation where their mark could legitimately be running Windows 95 in a VM:
Grandma was never very rich _or_ tech savvy, so she held onto her old Win95 PC until it died 20+ years later. She got a new PC after, but couldn't get used to how different Windows 10 was. So a tech-savvy relative copied/replicated her old 95 install in a virtual machine, and set up Win10 to automatically load it fullscreen as soon as possible after startup.

At 9:38, I thought you were moving the mouse and then trolling over it. Then I realized the scammer was probably moving the mouse the whole time. Both made the deadpan, "No-o," and the eyebrow wiggle hilarious in different ways XD

Scammer: What operating system are you using?
    Me: OS2/Warp
Scammer: ........OS2/Warp.............ok, you have no problem goodbye.
