ive always used lifestraw filters. they are the only water filter that filters out micro metals or smth. its hella sustainable and the brand is clean and supports clean drinking water in places that don't have it. 10/10 recommend. they have been around for decades too.

For water filters- clearly filtered is a great pitcher option but kinda expensive. I also believe there is one on Amazon called zero filter??? Idk but I’d get trace minerals if you get that one cause i believe it removes everythang everythang. Trace minerals are great to have around anyways especially when sick

I have that! I do really like it but I see myself using it a lot more during summer. in winter, im just wearing waaay more clothes (obvi) and I don't like the feeling of the oil on my clothes hahaha

I have a SimPure water filtering system. its a machine and it takes up space but allegedly it does a really good job at filtering that bad stuff out so i'll take it!
another one thats pitcher based would be Zero Water, stays in the fridge but filters more than Brita

as far as water filters go, I would look into getting a kangen water machine! You’ll literally have ONE… yes only ONE for 20+ years! They are made from a Japanese company called “enagic”… look into it, see if it’s something you vibe with 🌟 my mom bought one & literally the water not only tastes so good, but it’s “living water” which means it’s hydrating you on a cellular level! If you’re interested in investing in good water & good health, I think this would be something super beneficial for you 🥰 as always, love your videos & love kicking it with you 🫶🏼

I know this is a little delayed for you but I use culligan machine:) it stands separate in my kitchen and puts out hot and cold water, just refill the big jugs and I always have fresh clean water, its reverse osmosis filtered, and drinking your water in copper containers or water bottles is really great for you too! I feel so much more hydrated having it around, 100% one of my favorite purchases of last year
Oops, sorry clarification, I refill my jugs from the station at Walmart bc it’s reverse osmosis, cheaper for me than getting culligan water actually delivered, then I just reload my machine when needed

You've likely mentioned this already, but do you have any youtube channels or podcasts or books relating to herbs/ natural remedies?
The body keeps the score is probably the first book that really had me start listening and noticing signs in my body more. I've also learned A LOT by asking questions during my acupuncture appointments! TikTok has some good content too but always talk to your doctors before actually trying anything you simply hear about on the internet 💛

i don’t really have a great suggestion for a water filter but do NOT get Zerowater. Their filters literally filter EVERYTHING out of the water even the minerals and stuff in it that are good for you that you want in your water. My roomies and i got one and within a month were all getting sick from drinking it and noticed it got a weird citrusy taste it was so awful
