Omg the stress relief candle! Okay so hack you may benefit from because you’re a fellow migraine and anxiety warrior… My mom loads me up with the B&BW stress relief candles and bath gels. I don’t shower with a gel (because hello, I have to take care of the lady bits)… but! The scent is so helpful on migraine days. I take a palmful of the bath gel and slather it across my chest so that the steam from the shower pumps the smell to my nose. It’s so helpful for headaches- not just stress. I hope you see this and use this tool from my anxiety & headache arsenal.

Have you tried a parasite cleanse? I have had anxiety for like 3 years now and after I’ve done a parasite cleanse and do occasional maintenance I feel my anxiety has gotten so much better. The brand I use is Zuma nutrition
