You should have removed the oil pan off of the transmission, you should always change the filter and clean the magnet while changing the oil.

nice. letting the drain plug soak in PB blaster helps too

This won't work the same for a 2006 bmw 325xi, drain and fill plugs are located on the otherside, and the fill plug is almost compeltely blocked by the front drive shaft because of AWD. Shaft has to come down to get to the fill plug, and the 4 torqs bolts that hold one side of the shaft are one time use.

2006 BMW 330 XI all wheel drive how do you put it through prnd32l if I have to take the shaft off?

Dude I cannot get that transmission fill plug bolt off
Update: I got it off. I has to legit use a jack. 1.5 ton jack to jack up the ratchet that was on the 17mm bolt, because my arm strength, with the space I had wasnt enough. Thank you 1.5 ton jack

definitely not lol please dont use that fluid for power steering. BMWs use CHF 11S for power steering and dexron 6 should be used more advanced formula

@@dflex4180 The E46 does not use CHF 11S for power steering, it actually uses ATF fluid as mentioned by @GODLY

All cars need fresh fluids every now and then, it's physics. Same principles apply whether the car is from Germany or 'Merica.
