For anyone watching this who is interested in or currently is learning to trade horse racing markets such as in this video and may be on the fence about making the monetary investment in a course, take it from me that Caan's Video Pack will be the best investment in your learning you can make.
I purchased the course back in 2014 and I understand he has updated many of the modules to even more depth since then. He really does share all his strategies and thought processes and I can wholeheartedly say that as long as you can win the battle with your own mind and stay disciplined then this will be the only other tool you need to get you competent enough to be profitable in the shortest time possible. @@finawatsonart Best thing to do is check out they are real, a real person/company/address. There are a few that have made up ones out there which is the giveaway, they're also reluctant to show their face (obvious reasons no doubt).

It's good to see it done Caan. Right now I am happy with a green but they are becoming the norm. Except the first couple of races of the session for some reason.

Spot on that mate. Thanks for putting this together. Been using Geeks for the two week trial period, really like it. I have Matched betted my way through the offers over the last few years and lost many a bookie haha.. Got to say though, got a few new ones on Profit Rush so cheers for that. Hoping to enter in trading for real soon - just won't tell the missus....

@Jone Cann's book is an excellent read for those wishing to progress their sports trading. It provides effective, concise learning without any bullshit. His advice has advanced my trading hugely, good luck.
I've been finding a little success in-play recently, but would love to be able to crack pre-race. I've been dabbling with it on and off for about 5 years I sometimes feel I must be stupid to keep going back to it but maybe I'm learning more each time subconsciously and one day it will finally click 🤞 thanks for vid hope to see more like this

I keep trying to apply myself into the pre race trading and have been recording signals from certain races, However literally everytime i make my "value" entry it honestly does force away from me and then holds until Inplay leaving me around 65% of the time in a red position... Will find the rhythm one day im sure
that happens , if your strategy is good then its just variance but its so frustrating so i feel your pain . you watch , you find the perfect price , you place your trade and suddenly it breaks out the wrong way , you take your loss and suddenly it goes the other way and your original trade would of been correct and profitable and somehow you are now sat at a loss . its a feeling all traders have and have experienced .

Hi Caan, I bought your Pre-Race Trading Guide about a year ago, but I didn´t get finish it because I am Brasilian and I don´t domaine the English language. I use the Google Translate to got it in Portuguese, but the course page don´t alow to copy, than I need to write it before translate and this takes much time. For that, I am having may dificult do finish. I would like to suggest you to make a file that alow copying to turn the translate process easier. I think you have many buyers around the world that they are in this situation like me. Thanks and regards

Hi Caan, That was so fast and furious that as a total beginner, I couldn't see what you were doing - but I'm very interested in learning this skill. I checked out your link and there are two products that seem relevant. Which would you recommend? Pre Race Trading Gide, and Video Pack Course. Does the latter include the former as part of it? And is the software you are using something extra? Thanks
I have heard this in the past too! And the markets can be like that, yes. The software used is Geeks Toy, the courses it's down to you. The pre race guide was the initial product, although the video course has had a lot more development and is far more comprehensive. Newer videos have been slowed down with annotation so they are clearer than this one :)
@@CaanBerryProTrader Thanks for the reply - are the slower videos in both products? I'm really only interested in the pre race method to be honest. But if the slower annotated videos are only in the Video Pack I would probably prefer that. As a total beginner it seems easier to stick to this one method, would that be a good place to start trading the horses?
You need immense discipline to be good at this, one bad move can make you chase your losses.

Just wonder who is trading on Smarkets ? Isn't harder to do it on website ? Yet, there are great ammounts of money being matched.
There is no software tools! Not publically anyway. I believe smarkets are the ones trading smarkets, with their sister company 'hanson applied sciences'. Also they calculate their matched volumes different to Betfair. On BF £10 matched at 4.0 is a £20 match, £10 back and £10 lay. On smarkets it would be £10 * 4.0 calling it a £40 match. In reality, they are the same.

Anyways, im watching ladders, trying to understand all whats happening. I decided to display favourite just and focus on one runner and see if i can predict steam. Geeks toy and bet angel both showing matched volume. Price is flashing, matched bar changing colour, but is there any way to find out what part of it are lay bets or back bets ? I see spikes on graph, but price doesnt move any direction, how i know if it being backed or layed ?thanks for answering !

Self excluded? How so? Wouldnt advise on smarkets, no software for a start.
@@CaanBerryProTrader I made an account with them years ago on a fake name and they wont let me make a new account. I find smarkets great for arbs and match betting seeing as im on 0% commission. I know im not trading yet but let me know what you think.

I'm not bragging, nor am I embarassed. Thats £27 in one race.... there are up to 70 races on some days (and its tax free, unlike financials).
