I joined Betway last night, I got an email to say my account has been verified so I could then deposit money. I put my bank card details in and deposited no problem. I made quite a lot after a few hours, tried to withdraw it all to the same bank card I had made the deposits and it said “You need to make a deposit with this method before you can withdraw to it”. I wouldn’t have been able to gamble if I hadn’t deposited anything ! I put in another fiver from the SAME card straight away see what happens and still came up with the stupid message. Got over £1000 sat there that I cannot withdraw. Email support says its not supported anymore and to go on the help page, that no use. Live chat is a BOT so thats shit as well. Found a phone number, recorded message saying go on the help page and disconnected. Any ideas what I can do apart from sending a letter to the London office ? This is surely illegal by not letting me withdraw winnings that it clearly shows as a cash balance. Any help is appreciated. I cant afford to take legal action against them. Ive seen loads of people on Trustpilot having the same problem trying to withdraw money. How are they getting away with this when you have no way of speaking to anyone ?

I take a small amount of money for me. $50 and make -2000 to - 3000 bets. Parlay 3 -3000 you make just over 10% on your money. Bet daily letting it ride each day. I turned $65 into 1100. I took out$ 700 and lost the rest 2 days later. So I'm doing it again with $100 this time and currently at $477. Cashing out 500 when or if I hit $600 in a few days. It's slow but fun 🤪 it only works, starting very small. Don't ever start big and assume u win .

I tried to do a bet on line, transferred £1000 then they rejected the bet, I tried to get my money back and it took 2-3 years. Personally I think they have a database somewhere of people that win because a few months prior I had won a four figure sum. I suspect they like to do business with people that lose.

In the u.s. once u place the bet/s its locked in at the current odds...regardless if those odds change from then to event day. Ex: team "A" to Win championship. This does not include horse racing... Plus u r issued a ticket from the bookie system printed...not handwritten etc. Having said that there r a few places...not many where the "final odds" aren't known until after the horse race has started. That 10-1 choice can b changed to 1-10 etc... In this day of "instant" technology etc that is just b.s....

Well they ban everyone... my friend was winning alot on Bet365 then lost alot.. finaly his PnL was -6k $ and they called him to tell he has gambling issues... blocked the account for 6 months.
