    I just ran my second half marathon today and my body told me loud and clear that it doesn't find my lack of post-run stretching or strength training very amusing. Especially since I just celebrated my 42nd birthday yesterday. THANK YOU for the perfect instructional video. I liked, I subscribed, I will share

    Thanks a lot, Ash! I just did your post run stretch as I just did a 5k run and have been riding scooter around Taiwan at 3000m. This stretch is definitely needed. I just hit the subscribe button and watched the ads till the end. Best of luck!

    Did a 30 k hike today with 1 km of vertical gain. Was going to skip the stretch and go straight to the bath, but thought better of it. This was a bit tough since I'm tired, but am glad I did it. Thanks, Ash.

      Well done on the 30k hike Lori 🙌🏻 the vertical km sounds ace but brutal, I love that! I did a mountain event last summer that had a slate mine ascent that was called the vertical km it was so good. 😊 so good to see you coming back to my videos so regularly 🙌🏻

    Another great video thanks. I discovered your channel a couple of months ago when I’d just done my first marathon (I needed it sooner!). I now try to do one of them every day but usually via the tv app where I can’t leave a comment. I’m currently on holiday with my phone app for your videos so I’m finally remembering to say thanks!     I’ve been trying to really push my limits with running.. both pace and distance.. and anything over 3 mi and I have to take a zero, and if I do it on an incline I’m ruined for a double zero.
    This made me feel great even after 2.8mi! I was sore and worried I overtrained. Did this video and 12 minutes later I felt like with a good night sleep I could get back out there tomorrow!

    just did my first mile since i was in 8th grade and have had hip problems from doing dance for 14 years (this makes me sound old.. i’m 23) but this helped immediately!
